I am a doordasher who is just trying to do my job. I was standing there trying to ask someone for my order and another customer walks up. The worker helped the customer who walked up and ignored me as if I weren’t there. So I had to wait to try and get someone else’s attention because this person doesn’t like me. You work in a business put your feelings aside so we can all do our jobs. VERY unprofessional
I went thru the drive thru at 1785 E Seltice Way, Post Falls, ID 83854 last night Friday 6/3 and wanted to let the owner of the location about what a great experience it was due to the young gentleman who was working the window. As soon as I pulled up he took my payment and excitedly started telling me that the customer before me had talked to him about underwater welding and the fabulous wage it brings. He continued to talk with me while waiting for the order to be ready and as soon as it was he handed it to me and said "have a great day" with a smile. It was so nice to not have the food tossed at us and the window instantly slammed which seems to be the normal at fast food places anymore. I didn't get his name but please let him know he was fantastic. Thank you
Post Falls Taco Bell had a long line that went through fairly quickly, on top of my order all was in great order and neatly packed. Sure beats the one in Spokane as last time I ordered from them I open a burrito and it fell all out onto my lap. Great service to the one in PF, yeah there's some managers in Spokane that have worked for over 7 years but they can't beat the quality service in Idaho over any other, Great Job!
As a delivery driver my review is based solely upon the experience and not the actual food. That being said I think everyone is probably eating that Taco Bell at some point in their life and I would say it is, well, Americanized fast food under the guise of faux- Mexicana. The staff is good and it seems there is always plenty of people working. I will say that I have never walked in and actually had an order ready to go for a delivery, I have waited up to half an hour for some and that wait time as far as my occupation is concerned does become a factor as waiting for it to be filled cancels out a possibility of another possibly higher-paying or quickly-completed delivery elsewhere. Giving their volume it is no surprise that it would be wise to double check your order as I've noticed that sauces are most commonly on the ticket from Taco Bell per the customer, so, it is never bad form to take a look prior to leaving. The inside lobby is generally in good conditions and well-kempt, bathrooms are generic and part for course for the amount of volume and traffic drive through in my opinion takes a fair amount of time to get through and can depend completely on the orders ahead of you and their size or time to cook. Aside from the time Factor their staff is generally pleasant to speak with and or ask and inquire status of orders I've even had them replace a drink that had been sitting out waiting for an order to the point that Ice had long since melted BEFORE I'd even had a chance to mention it. So, by volume (it gets BUSY), amount of staff available (likely best ratio in town), attention to details (i.e. replaced drink), cleanliness and being pleasant more than makes up for the in general long amount of time waited for a completed order and I'm slightly above middle of the road in overall satisfaction from a delivery POV. A 3 stars + since the staff makes it all workout!
Ordered #4 Crunchwrap Combo Supreme, Beef Crunchy taco, Lrg Diet Pepsi $8.19+taxDidn't get straw or napkins; the Crunchwrap had no meat at all only lettuce, tomatoes & cheese. It would be a long time for me to return to Taco Bell in Seltice Way, Post Falls ID
Awesome Taco Bell food every time. Affordable. Lots of choices on menu. My favorite spot for a quick, delicious, inexpensive lunch
This place messes up my order at least three times a month. Sometimes they forget items, sometimes they put meat in vegetarian orders.Just recently I ordered through DoorDash because I was sick with Covid and didn’t want to go in, only to have them short me an item. So not only did I have to go in anyway, the only compensation they offered was a free taco coupon. Ok, what about the $6 DoorDash delivery fee I paid to not have to drive there? There’s a part of me who wants to work there to prevent this from happening, because I can’t be the only one. There’s another part of me that doesn’t want to work with teenagers who can’t count how many items are on a ticket, or can’t read the ticket to tell not to put meat in the order.I’m seriously considering driving to Coeur d’Alene in the future, because it is so frequent that I have to make a second trip, because management can’t bother to tell these kids to read a ticket or help them if they perpetually screw up orders, and because employees think a free taco coupon is going to make it right when I spent four times as much as their stupid taco coupon is worth just so I didn’t have to go down there.
Maybe a good place if you are not a delivery driver. Just got an order there for Grubhub, and was forced to cancel the order. Tried the door, and it was locked. Could see a few orders (probably for delivery), just sitting on the counter getting cold. Sure one of them was mine. They said I had to use the Drive-thru which was super backed up. This place definitely needs a better system for delivery orders. Not sure why they couldn't just hand me the food. Decided it wasn't worth sitting in Drive-thru for an extended period, and delivering the food late and cold. Last time I was there, took over 30 minuets to get the order. Will no longer be accepting orders from this location.
Great employees and of course the food is good! They don't forget as much stuff as the cda location and they're pretty fast with it!
Poor value for the money. Hardly any meat and cheese in the taco's. Very disappointed in all taco bell's nation wide as well. When TB first started out their tacos had lots of meat and cheese. Now I avoid TB and score much better tacos elsewhere.
