Because I really think they should have a recording on their phone that says that must be ordered through the app so I let it ring and ring and ring and nobody answered it to tell me that.I was using somebody else's phone to order stuff and I don't want to put my credit card in it. It was a pretty long wait about 15-20 minutes. The girls real nice good sandwich I was getting for me but he says the sandwich was good so good experience other than the wait and stuff thank you.
There was a very sweet girl by the name of Madison who went above and beyond to serve me my sandwiches. She had amazing customer service and 100% will be going back!!
Ordered on the app and got wrong bread, wrong veggies, no bacon, no sauce and no cheese!!! Will NOT be going back there again!
There were 2 employees there and neither one of them seemed to take pride in their work. They were both making sandwiches at the same time and were constantly reaching over one another & tossing the veggies and meat all over when they had picked too many. There was the wrong ingredients all over. The guy was nice and professional at the end of the transaction but made me feel like a bother the whole time he was actually making the food.
I scanned a coupon for buy 1 sub get 1 free and it clearly worked because i watched my order total go down as expected. Then the girls told me they can do coupons because the owner doesn't allow it. The whole experience was incredibly awkward. So I spent full price for 2 subs when the whole reason I was even their was because of the coupon. So just fair warning this Subway doesn't honor coupons.
They have gotten a little chincey on the portion especially for the price. Sort of a let down. Can buy groceries and make a fat sandwhich 5 times over for the price of one.
They do a great job making the sub. They don't skimp on anything and ask you if you would like more of anything. It worked great for a reasonable dinner on a trip.
Service was great sandwich tasty really good but they need to bring back the ice tea it was not there

I think I might contract and die from covid before this subway picks their phone up...this is saying something because I am a healthy person with the antibodies to fight it. If I could give 0 stars I would.
