Despite the fairly long waits, sometimes expected; sometimes not as well as some items a bit higher priced than I would have liked, the staff is friendly and does bust-it as best they can at all times. They're friendly, orders are accurate so far and all this with being very under-staffed! So, kudos to the crew that keep this place going, I appreciate your hard work!
Food was good BUT we were being rushed and we havent been there in a while. We wanted to try the pickle fries and they didnt have much, they also did not give us the sauce its advertised to come with. The sauce makes a big difference! We wanted two fish sandwiches but they only had 1 left. I ordered an iced coffee and we were told it was sweet. It was not. We were disappointed. We understand running out of certain foods but make sure your customers ger what you do have!
We enjoy stopping here on a visit from Canada as we don;t have sonic restaurants. The hamburgers are good, service is quick and prices are great.
HORRIBLE Manager!!!I have to give 1 star rating, but this Sonic deserves zero stars. Our order through Door Dash was made incorrectly and missing items. We called and requested to speak to a supervisor. The male who answered said he was the manager. He asked our name and before we could explain our issues, he immediately began deflecting blame onto Door Dash, stating "It's not our fault the driver showed up late." We never had any issues with the timing of our order to begin with. We were eventually able to explain our actual issues, and the manager stated, "That's not our fault. That's Door Dash's fault. There is nothing we can do." Wrong! The Door Dash driver did not walk into your kitchen and proceed to make our order incorrectly. No sir! It was your fault. The worst part of our entire experience was not our order being wrong. Instead, it was how childish, rude and disrespectful the manager was. Managers are supposed to lead by example. The fact that the manager has the worst customer service I've ever experienced, I can confidently say this particular Sonic does not care about their customers or about the thought of losing customers. Do not expect them to own their mistakes and definitely do not expect them to try remedying their mistakes, because they could care less about losing your future business. Save yourself the potential headache and take your business elsewhere or simply pray your order isn't messed up by them, because they will be doing little to nothing to fix their mistakes.
The app is awesome.An once I was at the location I had a great interaction with the employees. All very friendly an myborer was correct. I am very pleased over all.
They have pretty good chickrn wrap and mozzarella sticks real good service they were pretty fast didnt have wait long at all
3rd time in 2 months they haven't had pretzel twists and they messed up my order again. Love the food but come on
We were in the outdoor lobby for a whole flipping hour waiting on our order. We were reassured several times that it would be coming out, but the screen didn't even ask us to pay so I don't think they put it in. Every car that came by got their food quickly, and an outdoor group that came half an hour after us got their food before we even could. We ended up leaving without our food, we were on lunch during a competition and we had somewhere to be.
We swung in for some milkshakes all around. Out of all the fast food places to grab a milkshake I think Sonic takes the gold star here, or five of them I guess as it were. No complaints at all, the girl at the drive thru window was nice and polite, smiled, and got us back on our way. What more could you ask for? We will be back for more! For sure.
Used the drive thru. Male staff member on the speaker was RUDE AF!!! Decided to take my business to Holiday gas station and got better hotdogs there. Guess they don't need my business. Will NOT return to this location. If I could post ZERO stars, I would. If it were my store and I heard the exchange, speaker voice would be looking for a new job.
