Unfortunately writing a review bc of the poor service and experience this has turned into. Used to love this place and the food. Tables are dirty, bathrooms are gross, food is sub par, fries are over fried, and wait time is incredibly long (outside the normal “please be patient for quality food”). Went tonight and even the ice cream has turned for the worse. Ordered a milk shake and it was all MILK- little ice cream and no thickness to the texture. I’ve heard similar experiences about this location as well over the past few months. We won’t be going back any time soon. It’s hard to throw out $30-50 on a “treat night” for it to be awful. Best of luck to turn it around.
Recommended to give this place a try. BEST DAMN BURGERS & FRIES!! My bf got the double and did the beast style & added bacon. I just got the double as is. Staff was super friendly, and efficient. Burgers were juicy & fresh. Fries were fresh. Decent prices for the combos. Will most definitely come back again. You want yourself a good burger check out this joint! Guy Fieri where you at? Don't sleep on this place!!
They are friendly and pretty quick here. It kind of reminded me of the old drive-ins. Where they care about your fast food. It was great food. I ordered the single cheeseburger meal, instead of getting a drink, I ask for a milkshake huckleberry lemonade I love it! Will be coming back here.
Today my family and I went to Rogers in Post Falls as we have done many times before. For 20+ years Roger was the place I could go to enjoy a burger like In and Out. Today we were disappointed with a Double D that was overcooked, fries that tasted like they had be soaking in dish soap and (4) fry sauce containers that contained varying amounts of fry sauce. One of them was nearly empty. I don’t think I’ll be going back to Rogers again. So sorry to have to say that.
The frys were soggy. The chips were burnt. Burger was good. Need to get the order right for the burgers. The post falls one is better than the Coeur d'alene one.
Best burger in town! Everything made fresh. Definitely recommend Beast Style with Bacon. So good!Allergy note: they do put butter on the buns even for regular hamburgers for us dairy-free folks. There should be a disclaimer for that but there is not.
Its hit or miss. Sometimes we get what we order but most times not. Weekends the drive thru is ok. Tonight was terrible. Fries were so over cooked they were like a brick of charcoal that went in the trash. Didn't get the extras we asked for on one burger and my kids cheeseburger was literally smashed flat. I wish I could chalk this up to being a fluke incident unfortunately it's happened too many times.
Great food faster than the other locations. Great service and decent view in the parking lot. Great stop for a better than your average chain fast food burger. Shakes are great as well.
We were all looking forward to this for lunch today. When we got it, nothing was labeled so we had one person opening like 14 burgers to make sure we got what we ordered. The tubs of fries were all just smashed down on top of each other, mine were just about mashed potatoes except for the top few. My bun was soggy and dripping moisture from the lettuce as I ate it. Horrible. I was in the hospitality industry for 28 years and as a chef I would have fired whoever let that food go out like it did. You guys managed to disappoint an entire office today. Congrats!
If you want a hamburger you better order a double, I just spent six dollars for a single with nothing but the burger and you can barely tell there was a piece of meat on there, it was about as thick as two slices of lunchmeat. I’ve literally never seen a piece of meat as thin not even the $.99 one at McDonald’s. The flavor was good and all the fixings. Wayover priced for not having any meat on it
