What a great place this is! Professional and nice associates. They really took that extra step to make me feel like they wanted me there! I love their chicken. I have to drive a bit to get there, but I'll do it again!
We stopped in from Spokane the other day and man! The food was fresh, delicious and the guy at the counter (it looked like he had braces on his teeth?) was super nice. We will need to make that trip more often ? I love me some red beans and rice!
We love this place! However, their customer service was off today as they had limited staff. We were missing items from our order that they gladly got for me, but I had to go in to get them. But the staff is courteous.
This is definitely one of my fave fast food places right now. Their chicken sandwiches are amazing! The breading on the chicken is crunchy and delicious. I know everywhere is understaffed right now but they’re still so friendly and personable here. Great food, great service!
I am still wondering what type of pigeon they use...smallest chicken pieces I have ever seen. $16 meal and I am still hungry. No lids for sodas, pretty sad. Red beans and rice barely three spoonfuls. Skip this place and go to KFC. Does not honor TV specials either.
We have visited this Popeyes a few times. We drive from out of state aka neighboring Spokane, WA. This is a special spot, it's not typical to have such a fun experience and excellent customer service through the drive-thru. Thanks for the smiles and yummy fresh food!
They were understaffed and had no idea what was going on, however David was an amazing employee. He kept communication with me and as he struggled for an hour to get my order completely ready at once, because no one would listen when he called back for things and kept taking this for his order. I felt so sorry for him as he was doing his very best to appease the customers while battling a failing crew and management system.
Best fast food I have EVER had hands down!! If you've never eaten there you're missing out. The regular chicken sandwich, cinnamon apple pie, and OMG the macaroni and cheese (I don't even like it usually) are the best I've ever had. We drive all the way to Post Falls from Spokane just to get Popeyes.
