Fantastic customer service! The three young men that were on shift tonight were super friendly, attentive and very professional. I don’t think I’ve ever been treated so nicely in a fast food restaurant. The service was more on par with a classy sit-down restaurant. I also noticed that the young men were staying busy and keeping everything spotless, restocked and fresh when most employees would be standing around waiting for more customers. Thank you and GREAT job!

Went in tonight to get pitas for my wife and I. There was a newer employee making my pita and he was very meticulous about what he was doing. I wasn’t in a rush so it wasn’t a big deal. I didn’t eat my pita until I got home and let me say it was probably the best pita I’ve had in awhile! The crew tonight was friendly, Pitas were good. ? ? No complaints here
Excellent service when I ate inside for lunch. My male server made sure I got exactly what I wanted and then offered me extra sauce throughout my meal. Grand experience.
Horrible service, no management available, Erin answered the phone and couldn’t answer very simple questions. What a joke. And the “assistant manager” who no one could tel me her name. Was extremely rude and had Zero clue how to operate a simple task.
Nice change of pace from the typical fast food burgers, tacos, and chicken sandwiches. Pretty fast service and they also have a drive through, which I've never used.I think of Pita Pit as a variation of the Subway concept. Everything is pre-cut behind the glass counter and they assemble it while you watch.It's kind of off the beaten path and easy to overlook, but it's definity worth a try.
Orders are consistently wrong. 1 out of 3 pitas were right tonight! That’s a good baseball batting avg….not so good for executing orders. I know they’re just kids, but other restaurants aren’t this bad.
Great healthy choices with their new quinoa brown rice bowls.This is healthy fast food. You can choose the ingredients so if you have any diet restrictions, this is the place for you.
I ordered a chicken cesar salad and got just lettuce and dressing. Ridiculous!
It's okay to me only bcuz I'm not a big sandwich eater...Lol. If you like anything in the sandwich family..This place is definitely for you.
