I came here to get a pizza because it sounds good haven’t been here forever, I ordered the customer service was amazing, sat down waiting for my order, there’s older gentleman Gray and white hair I’m assuming he was a manager for the way he was treating the employees, he was very demeaning very disrespectful to his employees. He was by the pizza making station but he was yelling at the people at the cash register, I feel he was very unprofessional to his staff and to the customers who were in the store who could hear and see what he was doing

Self admitted bias here: but my parents just purchased this Papa Murphy's and are turning it around! They just had their grand reopening and are thrilled to welcome you back. They also own the Hayden & Liberty Lake store and you can expect similar service :)
After I cooked and cut my pizza it all went wrong. The cheese isn't melted and the cuts are horrible uneven. They didn't even give me a box and the saran wrap ripped off all the cheese when I tried to remove it. I had to hit Walmart to get more. I'm giving two stars instead of one because the employee who spoke with me, Dylan, was very kind to me while I was ordering.
Very good ? pizza they were very busy should of called in first it was Tuesday specials on large pizzas. But they got my order done. I had to wait like 15 minutes. But everything tasted good.
Dirty. Extremely Slow. Rude owner. Disrespectful high school kids. I'll leave it at that. Save your time and money and go to a different Papa Murphys!
I always love the pizza from here! The only reason I give 4 out of 5 stars is because this location can get super busy and it can make for rather long wait times even when calling ahead or ordering online. I think it would help if the owner hired more than just teenagers. I mean it's a great thing that a business is able and willing to provide teenagers with work but having at least a few adults on staff would greatly improve service!
Ordered and paid online at 3:50, said ready at 4:20. Showed up at 5:50 and they can’t find my ticket. Said they will print another and make it ASAP. Wait 20 minutes. Inquire. 3 people couldn’t find my ticket. One girl asked me for my name 3 times. I saw her checking the tickets that are attached to the pizza by lifting them with her foot?. She looked for a couple minutes, then ignored me. Asked another two workers if they knew how long. Tickets are stacked half hazard with employees riffling through them at random. Employees cross crossing each other inefficiently instead of assembly line. All kids, no adults. When the owner is there, he is grumpy and rude and yells at the kids. They need DIRECTION!!!! Another 20 minutes. By this time it’s nearly 6:00 and my kids are late meeting their friends, so I ask for a refund as they printed my tickets for the third time and they are still three down in the stack!!!! Checked this morning. NO REFUND!!!!!. They just lost me for a customer! 2 hours and 10 minutes, pre-paid online order; 1 hour and 10 minutes at the store and twice they lost my ticket. No thank you! Went to dominos with pizza in hand in 10 minutes. This guy is an insult to the chain name!
Pizza is good, but that is it unfortunately. The owner is SO RUDE, UNPLEASANT & BERATING to his employees I feel horrible for them. No one is speaking, employees look like they are terrified to be at work. Witnessed him yelling & clapping at an employee today, will be taking my business elsewhere from now on. Gave him too many years of chances. ?
Don't call ahead, they won't make the pizzas until you arrive. Also, I don't think they know how to organize the tickets. They leave them on the table and shuffle through them to find your order ticket. GREAT PIZZA! NO ORGANIZATION! My wife went to the post falls store and I went to the CDA store and I made it home before she did. She canceled the order it wasn't made yet. They need an intervention.
