Ordered online and system says 34-44 min. Show up to store 40 min later. I was told about 15 min more. 35 min later get notice order was put in over. Guy tells me my order is next out of the oven. It’s now 1hr and 30 min after I ordered and I can see my pizza about to come out of the oven. To top it off the delivery guy has finally picked up the orders that were done and waiting when I got here. At least mine was fresh out the oven.
We used to love this place! The garlic butter is good and the pizza isn't bad either. Unfortunately our last experience was HORRIBLE! We found not ONE but THREE hairs in our pizza/garlic knots. ? Had to throw the remaining rest of it all out because that is disgusting. I wont be back.
I get that everyone is understaffed right now and, honestly, that's not what bothers me. But acknowledging customers as they are waiting smooths all of that over. I wasn't acknowledged and I wasn't thanked - ok big deal, maybe they were having a bad day. When I opened my pizza it was dry, lukewarm and over cooked. Bad service is excusable for excellent food, bad service and bad food is just bad.
Whatever you do....do not work at the Post Falls location. They do not pay their employees. They ignore requests to be paid and make every excuse in the book. Too bad, because I like their pizza, but I won't be going back and will tell everyone I know not to.
If I could have given zero stars I would have. I walked in and waited 10 minutes for my food that was already ready to be picked up. And I was purposely ignored. I asked for my pizza multiples times as I was watching everyone else get their pizza. Who all coincidentally were white people. And I was the only brown person in there. Talk about a place full of racist workers. I thought that eventually this community would change but apparently I am always going to live in a screwed up world where if you aren't white...you aren't treated with any humanity whatsoever. Unreal.
They were amazing the delivery person was super quick and very sweet!
My review is based primarily on picking up from this restaurant for deliveries but I will say that people love them, they are almost always on time or have the orders ready before they are due, they are super super friendly and respectful.
I got a 14" custom pizza with extra sauce, green peppers, onion, pepperoni and spicy sausage and let me tell you how amazing the flavor was. It was absolutely delicious and gourmet. Everything was cooked PERFECTLY, cut properly and there were equal amounts of toppings on each slice. The toppings and sauce were delicious. The crust was cooked to perfection. As a professional driver that comes through here often, I will surely be a repeat customer. Wow. Thank you
I love the pizza but since they use DoorDash to deliver you don’t get notified when they drop the pizza on the porch so it sits out and gets cold. Today I even left a note in the door asking them to knock....nope!! Pizza sat in below freezing weather for who knows how long before I checked. Cold pizza on New Years is not what I was planning for!
