We pulled in with 30 min before closing and this lady named Ashlie was SUPER unprofessional. She was very rude and snappy, she got one of my orders wrong in front of me just after telling her what I wanted. Then she almost gave one of my orders away with someone else’s. When I said “no that goes with these 3” she acted like she knew what she was doing and got all snappy lol. I couldn’t help but laugh the whole time. It seemed by the look on the other employees faces that they weren’t the biggest Ashlie fans either. A couple other employees tried to help and they were quite helpful. Except for the fact that we just had to stand there in the middle of the line watching our order as 2 other orders went over us in line. Nothing had to be made or anything, they were done orders just sitting there. That’s around the time that I started writing this review. I got out of that place with one wrong order about half maybe a quarter way through this review. Anyway, calm down Ashlie.

Just looking at the photo with the broccoli and green beans everything looks like it’s been in the steamer since the restaurant opened up early morning. When it’s soggy and turning brown it doesn’t taste fresh crispy and something you would enjoy.I’ll stay clear of those items when I come next time

you know i have had the option of visiting many panda express restaurants in different states and just this one seemed very nice at first glance but let me say what a disappointment to begin with they do not agree on the opening time in the restaurant it says 10 am in the map search says 10:30am and the employees thought to open their doors at 11am well we went to the restaurant and started ordering oh my god terrible service these people don't know the extra word I think in their mind it's like give it to me for free the food had too much salt and the famous teriyaki too red I think that personally this has been my worst experience in a panda express.

Almost every time we got foe dinner they never have chowmein ready. That's like subway with no bread! They are always under prepared for the dinner rush and we end up waiting for it to be cooked.

Partially my fault for not checking, but I really shouldn't have too. When we got home for a meal with our family. 1/2 our order was not there. And Beijing beef was like shoe leather.

So I was there to pick up an online order, and as I get there there's a sign on the door saying the lobby's closed. Closed okay so I'll sit there and wait. Q 15 minutes later pass no one's brought anything to the door. The guy next to me looks like he's going to be falling asleep at his own vehicle. Lord knows how long he's been having to sit there as well. Another 15 pretty much the passes and I'm still sitting here. Wondering why in the world I am even here, the service is getting more and more horrible each time I come here. Do you pick up or even do my job as a delivery person. I do understand there is issues with staffing, however I do understand. Also, if you sit there and be on your phone or talk or just stare out the windows it doesn't make things go faster for anyone. I'm not sure what's going on on the inside but I do want to say half the time when I do get any kind of order Be it for myself or I'm delivering it. It's usually pretty cold or it's getting there

Me and my friends stopped there had some take.home. it was good food the place is pretty clean. Plus they were on top of there game. We did our orders. And bamm it was done. Got it home still hot also it tasted delicious. It tasted real fresh

Terrible location. 15 minutes in the drive thru for 3 cars to be serviced when the lobby is already closed due to being short staffed. Either figure it out or just shut down the place all together. Half of the menu wasn’t available either. There are no other words to use to describe this type of performance other than completely pathetic..

The girl taking our order was completely rude to my spouse and I. After making us wait, which was fine. She was just unjustly rude. But food was fine.

Went there Tues. 3/28/22 & the lobby was closed due to staffing. We ordered 2 plates. 1st plate... The chow mein was dried up & piled high, & the orange chicken was dry as well. The broc./beef..there was hardly any beef. #2 plate..Chow mein was dry & not much there. Not much mushroom chicken & honey/sesame chicken was so dry you could break it in half like a stick. One plate was larger than the other. IF we go back again we will not go thru the drive thru, that way we can actually see what we are getting. Hope they improve as they used to be good.
