I recently went through the drive through and got 8 basic sandwiches nobody was in line when we pulled up we were given our drinks then asked to pull forward we sat there and watched 5 or 6 people behind us leave while we waited ended up having to go in 2 times to get our food after another 15 minute wait because the first time they didn't give us the complete order the staff was extremely careless one cashier said there wasn't much they could do to fix our order then after we get all of our food 3 of the sandwiches were made incorrectly McDoubles with single patties mcchickens with so much mayo it it was raining off the sandwiches
Clean and food was made correctly. The self service order machine did not work correctly. Placed order and card reader was not working so had to still pay at counter
I did a mobile order. Got a quarter pounder deluxe combo. I got no receipt. My QP only had meat cheese ketchup and mayo on it. Where is the deluxe. My medium fries were half full and cold. I would like order to be corrected please.
Fries always cold. I had to wait in the parking place 1 for 4 min. No big deal. Open the fries and were yuk and very cold. You would think if you had to wait that long the fires would be hot. Oh by the way I was the only person in line.
Yesterday my family went for McDonald's here. This McDonald's in the past has been extremely slow and forgets food that you order regularly. Yesterday was no different. I had ordered a triple burger, extra pickles. You could tell they opened up the burger to add more and it was not even a triple burger, it was a double.. ?♀️not to mention they didn't give us our happy meals so we had to ask for them and then waited longer for them... There was 0 cars behind us and in front of us when we got there so I don't understand how. They had plenty of time to make sure they did the right thing and they did not. I didn't know they would not bother to give me the triple burger I ordered and instead just open up a double burger and add a few extra pickles. That's what's frustrating...
This review might sound funny, in a way it is. My boyfriend bought a fudge sundae during lunch, and the lid wasn't on, popped off. My car that he was driving is covered with hot fudge and vanilla ice cream, mostly on the inside interior.Maybe train the employees there to get lids on items with liquids? I'm not laughing now because I have to clean my car.It was a little funny seeing him slathered in fudge sauce. I can't lie. He was afraid of me too, I felt sorry for him. Kinda funny.
Classic McDonald's, can't have multiple warm items. The fries were good, but I got 2 cold chicken sandwiches. I do like that they ate one of very few places anymore serving orange Hi-C. Honestly. I don't know any other people specifically looking for orange Hi-C,
Purchased a quarter pounder meal. My burger was completely raw. Called the manager, she stated she would get my out some free coupons, gave her my address and never received anything. This meal wasn't cheap. Very poor customer service. Won't return.
Dont ever order LG fries... same amount as small, totally jipped :( the big mac was sooo tiny compared to 10yrs ago and blah flavor... I'd rather Taco Bell but they closed like the 90's... so early nowadays
