I went to McDonald’s this morning and very politely asked them to make me a 2 for $6 Big Mac meal for myself. I had gone out drinking last night and was craving that delicious Big Mac in the morning. They kindly made it for me even though it wasn’t lunch hour! I even tipped them for being cool!…. So I thought… I sat down at home and started eating my burger when I noticed black tar like substance on my burger working at fast food myself I knew this meant it wasn’t a clean grill. The Pattie’s themselves were so cold it was almost like they were from the night previous and they simply wanted to punish me for asking for a burger at 630am I would not recommend anyone to this store in post falls this is a health violation!! They make minimum wage and put out their frustration on customers. It truly effects the brand itself because I thought McDonald’s was customer friendly and “Always there for you” bs. Please do not waste your time with adults with mindsets of 16 yr olds.
Well I'm not a typical connoisseur of say fast foods, I am part of a delivery service so I can give the conditions and the experience overall as opposed to road critique. Surprisingly McDonald's tends to be relatively quick in terms of fast - food. The staff, while not always seemingly engaged in the pleasantries of it all (likely due to their high volume of customers daily), does acknowledge your presence, does not take long to fill orders, accuracy has been spot on so far in compared to the others in the area. The lobby looks clean, bathrooms are par for heavy-traffic restaurant facilities, with the additions of ordering kiosks the space allotted for customers to form lines and order has been seemingly diminished and makes for awkward corners and spaces to form lines up to the till. As far as McDonald's goes I give it 4 out of five no issues and if I were to order mcd's, I would frequent this location. Final observation: The Drive-thru looked to be very busy most everytime I was there, so, going inside proved to be a fairly quick alternative to sitting in line and the dine-in appears clean and well kempt. Stay Classy CdA.
So I was there picking up a takeout, the line outside made it very hard to park (not the real issue but it is a little difficult that's all) well while I was waiting for the order, the cashier repeatedly or ignored multiple people. After taking quite a long time they ended up leaving. This stalled me 19minutes. No one ended up coming to the counter after till a lady shouted into the back for a condiment.
Very rude and impatient when I asked the drive thru person to give me a minute to look at menu. I wasn't done ordering when he hurried me and I forgot to of my items to order.
I stop at the McDonald's on Seltice Way in Post Falls quite often as I drive home from work. I usually get sweet teas to take home for my wife and I to relax with before going to sleep. There is one young man in particular who usually takes my order and when I get to the window to pay he is always so polite and friendly. Every single time without fail he tells me thank you for what you do, I really appreciate it! Stellar employee! Outstanding customer service skills!
The manager Ashley was very disgustingly rude and obnoxiously inappropriate for how she mistakenly handle a situation for which she was even wrong about we order food and she came out and said we stole two cups which we never did not even need and came out yelling sailing we're banned and we're going to call the cops and even more employees felt the need to be nosey when they weren't involved all we did was tell them that we never took any cups and said we're lying and banned up for something we never even did we are very disappointed and will no longer ever be going back to that location that was totally uncalled for even for calling the cops when we were leaving was inappropriate with no proof we didn't even have the cups near us. ???????
I ordered a cinnamon roll on the app and picked it up on the way to work. I wanted something to eat before I started. The darn thing was hard as a rock and ALL the frosting was stuck to the bottom of the container. I tried eating it anyway but after a couple of bites I threw it away.
Been here twice in the last 2 days and both time order fairly small orders by McDonald's standards and its taken over 20 minutes to get my orders both times. Ever since this location remodeled and blocked guests views of the kitchen and installed their kiosks they literally ignore their lobby guests and treat them like second class citizens!Update. Been sitting here waiting for my food for 20 minutes today. My daughter and I walked in with no other people in the lobby. Very poor service!
Poor customer service, especially from the assistant manager Ashley. Gave my family 1 buffalo sauce and there were 5 sandwiches bought. A few of the employees including her gave us attitude. Worst place to go to.
