This Jimmy Johns has a drive through, I went through it was quick and friendly service. Will be coming back.
Honestly I have very little self control, so I have gotten a sandwich 4 times from Jimmy John's this week. It is fast, and it's reasonably priced, and it takes care of the craving every time! Thanks everybody :)
So after waiting behind 2 cars that took 12 and 15 minutes, respectively, I get to the window and I'm told they are out of French bread and have to switch to wheat if I want a sandwich? Maybe lead with that when I ordered at the speaker. Then, the kid who took my payment card quickly shut the window on me while I was asking about my rewards, ran the card, and did not give me points. I told him I had a free chips due and tried to show him the email from Jimmy johns that I got 2 days ago, but he said I would have to come back another day because he already ran the card? I tried to ask him why he can't add the Points from today or at least give me my free chips and he said his manager told him not to? I tried to ask it another way and he said to come back another time and that's it.Really? So at least the sandwich with the stale wheat bread tasted pretty good, but I don't recommend visiting this store because the staff is the least professional group I've ever encountered and I would not trust the finished product for this group.
Got in line tonight on Sunday. Didn’t realize they closed at 7pm.. No big deal. But had no idea until after they left us sitting in the drive-thru for 5minutes, lights still on, then instead of telling us they’re closed or closing through the speaker, they just shut all the lights off in the restaurant. Felt that was completely rude and discourteous.
Slowest effin' JJ's on the planet! Ever ordered a (meaning 1 singular) sandwich at noon and received it at 1430PST? ME NEITHER! Incompetent acne-ridden bottom of the barrel high school staff can't keep up making cold cuts. Pretty terrible.To the owner: Need to re-evaluate that bottom line and bring in some effective workers to keep up with orders. No excuse other than trying to line your pockets with a few extra bucks. Your reviews show it.
This is the last time I will order from this Jimmy John's . Rude manager lied about my delivery.
Nearly Everytime I've ordered for a delivery it either takes an hour or more, or it's delivered to the wrong address. Not sure how that can be fixed but that's really the only issue I have.
They were very eager to make the most simple sandwich possible just to get me out of there. I asked for a number 2 with the works. At first i got the slim version which is just meat and cheese. When i saw the extremely thin wrapped sandwich i asked what did i order. It was wrong. I said i ordered the number 2. They fixed it by taking the cheese off and adding lettuce and tomato. The wrapped it without giving me a chance to ask for more toppings. Paid 8 dollars and I'm still hungry. Waste of time and money.
I really like Jimmy John's, great sandwiches, my favorite being the Cubano, and Big Beffy Black and Blue, my wife loves the Tuna. Freaky nice people too.
