I love jack in the box but the location in Post Falls Idaho should seriously be closed down. They never open the lobby, and they take your money then have you pull around front and park so they can make you wait 20 to 30 min for your food so they can cheat the drive thru times. Yet when they bring the food out they have so many cars waiting the cant figure out what order goes with which customer. Its an absolute joke. Visit any jack in the box but this one, I wont be back to this location.
I’m not sure if it’s a lack of staffing or what the case may be but I’ve been asked to pull around and wait along with every other customer in the drive thru for the 6th trip in a row now and have to wait anywhere from 5-15 minutes to get my food. The staff has always been kind but considering every single person who comes through the drive thru in the evening has to pull around, even when it’s dead, this is getting ridiculous. I’ve loved this place for years but whoever currently owns this location clearly needs to offer better pay and hours to entice more workers so this stops being a regular thing.
Super great staff everytime I had visited the drive thru for an iced-mocha coffee (light on the ice*). Never had any messups/mixups with an order (both delivery and personal). Friendly/personable staff makes it an actual treat instead of a bland and sterile-atmosphere, as some food establishments do. I Miss the 24 hrs but, I forgive you.
Came to Jack in the box in Post Falls for dinner. Took a while for someone to help us at the counter. We were the only ones in the lobby. Maybe the the drive through was busy which I can understand. The employees were loud and inconsiderate of anyone else in the building. One employee complained out loud “they hated making a pita “ which my wife ordered! So hearing that just makes you feel they will not make it as it should be. Food took a very very long time to get out! Overall not a great experience especially being the first time at the specific location! Poor experience.
This jack is disgusting. Your food comes uncooked and filled with butter and grease! The worst part however is the crew they are the rudest group of people ever.
J in the B is legit on occasion...this one followed suit. You always just hope no one spits in your food and you don't get the car behind you order..I dont think any of those occurred this trip. Thanks guys!
I come here every day for the mini churros and get 2 of the 5pc orders. Today is the 2nd time in as many days that they are missing a couple. Rather than count individual pieces of my order at the drive thru before I leave, I'm just not going to eat here anymore. Super lame they don't count the stuff before packing it.
My chicken sandwich was very good & tasty, I was pleased! The service crew were awesome; they all were friendly & hard workers!
Still serving inhouse orders in a sack like takeout. Food was good. Parking lot needs revamped..almost got back into twice.
When I arrive there took him 5 minutes to finally answer the drive-thru window and the man had the worst attitude. I would not recommend going there unless you want spit in your food!
