I admit I'm not the world's biggest pizza fan, no doubt, but...Embers really has some amazing pies. I like the artisan touch and all the ingredients seem spot-on! I would recommend this establishment to anyone (even if they, too, are not big pizza fans).
I’ve heard about the deep dish here and needed to try it. They were kind enough to make half vegetarian and half meat. The toppings were fresh and plentiful, sauce was good, and the crust was the perfect amount of crispy. I would’ve like more cheese but that’s just personal preference.We had quite a long wait (it was a Saturday evening after all) but the staff was so kind and attentive, and service was great all throughout dinner. Looking forward to coming back!
I've lived here all my life. And I can say with confidence: This is the best pizza I have had in this region.Delicious wood-fired pizza at a fair price to boot. This backed up by sizable pies and a good selection of solid sides, there's not much reason to go anywhere else unless out of convenience.Many customers were taking out while the staff tended to a full restaurant. At the time f this review their team appeared fully staffed and effective which can be a rarity. I will certainly be back many more times.
Embers on the green tonight was packed. I simply ordered a pizza to go. But somehow these amazing young adults that work there made me feel like I was the only customer in that entire establishment. One young man who seem to be in charge offered me a Coke on the house. let me know the status of my pizza every minute for the four or five minutes that I had to wait. Every time I’ve been in to embers I am made to feel very very special. Great job keep up the good work. FYI the Pend Oreille deep dish is amazing
Very good pizza, not lightly said. The service was excellent too. I tried more than one pizza at a party, all hit the spot. The restaurant makes you feel at home and you get a lot of pizza for left overs. Please take my advice and visit this place.
If you don't know were it is it could be hard to find the dinning room but we'll worth the find. Brick Fire pizza oven cooked to perfection and loaded with ingredients. The staff is GREAT in every way ???
My son's favorite place, nice location, fun casual atmosphere, only setback for me is menu is fairly limited if someone in your party does want pizza.. Not a very big variety of other options
Very good pizza, equal to the Hauser Lake location.The entrance is a bit difficult to find... Just enter at the carport.Huge menu with gluten free and vegan cheese options. All but one pizza can be done gluten free.The non-gluten free options are amazingly big, the GF pizza is still plenty but not as giant.It's one of the best pizza around.The wild turkeys roaming the parking lot are kinda cool too!
We ordered the Keep Clam & Carry On and added roasted forest blend mushrooms. We each had a beer, then a glass of buttery chardonnay with the pizza. If I'm lucky enough to go to heaven, this pizza will be there waiting for me when I walk through the Pearly Gates. Incredible!
Wow great pizza and a fun experience. If you love Embers By the Lake, then you will be just as happy here. New location in Post Falls, Idaho. Located by a local golf course. More of a fine dining look to it rather then the one in the woods. But they really are making it a great local pizza joint. Order online, or come in and eat inside or outside. Because of the smaller location seating does take longer. Especially in colder temps. The owners have done a great job of making it as comfortable and friendly and welcoming as the other. You can eat inside and watch them make your pizza if you are a lucky one to get a table close by. Or you can enjoy the beautiful view as you sit outside and watch golfers or just being outside.They offer some great salads, yummy appetizers, and there is a full bar as well. Kid and family friendly. Try them out. We loved every pizza we have tried. But if you want a great deep dish, then you need to try one. Did I also mention the cinnamon knots. Oh yes, the cream cheese frosting is perfect with these. Thanks for bringing your pizza closer to us. ???
