Employees are not friendly. The restaurant and restrooms are dirty. The playarea is closed for unspecified reasons (the employee told me it needed to be cleaned, but also hadn't been open in a while).Food was fast. "Milkshake" was soft serve ice cream in a milkshake cup. Probably cleaning related stuff.I do not plan to go there again
Went through the drive through Subday May 1st and sat there for 10min before someone even said anything. Tried to order a burger and was told the grill was shut down for the night. Then as I pulled up to the window, I was told that they ran out of fries which were part of my order. The "soft" tacos we received were hard on the ends and to complete this visit, the gentlemen working the drive thru (I didn't see the other workers) wasn't in a uniform at all. Straight street clothes with long hair that was not pulled back
Horrible experience every time.I am vegan and have been for over 4 years. I haven't had dairy for longer than that. I go to Del Taco and only order the Beyond guacamole taco specifically because it is made without cheese. The staff at this location is by far the worst employees I have dealt with. No compassion. Rude to the customers. And while taking the order kept asking, is that it? Instead of letting us finish talking. Not patient in anyway. We receive our food only for it to be completely wrong. I ordered 2 hard shell and 1 soft shell beyond guacamole taco and one was missing PLUS they are made as the other taco that has cheese. This happens every single time I come to this location. It's pathetic. There needs to be some serious change because you guys are losing a lot of customers not just the ones that only started coming here for a new product that Del Taco is offering for vegan/vegetarian patrons.
Do not patronize this establishment unless you have hours to kill. Put in a phone order, went to pick it up, and still took well over an hour to prepare. They could’ve butchered the cow, grown the lettuce, and made the tortillas scratch in less time. Absolutely ridiculous.
Ask I can say loud Del Taco has Great tacos and burritos. Fresh abs delicious!
I would have given Del Taco 4 stars, but the last two times they got my order wrong. Their food is good and priced right.
We have tried this location a few times now. Not only has the service been slow and subpar, the quality of the food is as well. We have received cold food multiple times and on the last instance, they forgot to give us our card back. We didn’t realize until we got home, had to turn around and get it. The doors to the lobby are locked so we had to wait in the drive thru line behind one car that took about 20 minutes to get their order. Just overall a poor experience each time we’ve tried this place.
Literally received a half eaten burrito in my bag! I'm so disgusted. I called and the manager said they'll remake the order but didn't bat an eyelash at the fact that I had a half eaten burrito in my bag. The picture I uploaded Is what I unwrapped, so gross that an employee would do that. I seriously couldn't believe this!
I am very disappointed since I love Del Taco but was unable to enjoy it since I can't access the drive thru with my truck. I'm a truck driver from the East Coast so we don't have Del Taco and I was very excited to see one. I walked from the truck stop and get to the door and it was locked even though the sign stated the lobby is open 11am-8pm and it was 11:45am. Went up to the drive thru window and asked and stated there's no other option but drive thru.
Fast window service. Vege options. Quick.
