Below average food, but the staff was quick, friendly, and did not rush me.I ordered the flamethrower burger (I believe that’s what it’s called) that had pepper jacks cheese and roasted red peppers on it with a side of Mac and cheese. This sounded fantastic since it’s not a burger you’d typically find on a menu. The burger itself was disappointing and small, so was the mac. The bun wasn’t toasted so it was cold, soft, and soggy. That was the biggest issue with it and I was fighting it the whole time. Didn’t bother to finish it.When my bill came I saw I was charged extra for the side of mac, but was not told it would cost extra when my waitress listed off the sides. All around very disappointing, I would definitely find somewhere else to eat if you’re in the area. I’m sure there’s plenty.
The BEST place we ate during our RV road trip! We visited on June 8 and I'm so glad that my niece chose this place. Everything was so delicious! We ordered the "nachos" for the appetizer, made with waffle fries... So friggin good! Kiddos got the French bread looking pizza, my husband and I ordered a BBQ pizza, and then the CHEESECAKES!! Holy moly! We took them to go because there was definitely no room left to stuff them in. Thank you for such a delicious and wonderful dining experience!
Capone's is a busy establishment, and I went on one of the busiest days of the year, so the food took awhile to make it out; the quality of the food itself was good, on par with the better cafes of the area, though it was a bit pricey. I managed to feed 7 people, drinks included, for just over $200.00. The waitress was attentive, and the atmosphere is sports bar comfortable, my only real complaint being that it took around 40 minutes to recieve the pizza my nephew ordered, so he didn't eat until everyone else had finished first. The beers on tap however were more then adequate.TLDR: The food is good, service amicable, and the atmosphere comfortable, if a little crowded, but it can be pricey, and on a busy day you can expect the pizzas to take awhile. Overall, not bad.
Husband and I ordered online for pick up. Food was soggy and the hamburger itself was over cooked and dry. The artichoke dip had a layer of oil in it that I could literally poor off. Which I couldn’t eat the bread because it was so hard I could hear it crunching in my mouth. The boneless chicken wings were primarily crusted bread with very little meat and tasted like it was three days old. When we called to ask to have them replace the order we were told they would give us a gift card that we could pick up the next day. Only to have Denise call early the next day and tell us they could not honor what the employee had said and give us the gift card. Then Karmin said she would have to “view the camera” and let us know if they could replace the food. Only to be told there is absolutely nothing they were going to do. Spending $60 on food that we were not even able to eat. What has happened to customer service in this area. Living here over 43 years I have spent a ton of money in that establishment only to be treated with no regard. Terrible customer service. I will never go there again. And advise anyone else to go elsewhere if hungry.
We are visiting from Canada and are so glad we checked out Capone's for dinner. We had to wait 20 minutes to be seated because this is obviously a local favourite. We are so glad we waited. They had us seated asap. Our waitress, Kasidee, came right over to take out drink order and give us our menus. The food was amazing. The atmosphere was fun. The service was to notch. We would definitely visit again!
We have been patronizing Capones Post Falls for 15 years, a couple of time a week. Short story, the greeter, (male), knowing we re regular customers, told us we could not walk pass him and ignore him. This upset my husband and friend that also joins us every week. They got into a verbal fight. few minutes later the manager came over to us and started yelling at my husband, would not listen to our side of the story, told our friend to shut up I am not talking to you. All this in front of the other customers, The servers are great we will miss them.
I was banned from making to go orders at this establishment because I called and made a complaint about the quality of their food ( on more than one occasion). I guess it was my fault to assume that the first time it was just a mistake and that normally they make good food and the next time it would be made correctly! The manager I spoke to told me that since I made multiple complaints about the far over cooked boneless wings that by the way I was never even reimbursed for due to not wanting to drive back to the restaurant to show them, that I now am not allowed to order to go anymore. I’ve worked at a couple restaurants myself and if there was ever a problem we as the staff just made sure to check the future orders to make sure that everything looked good for that customer. I think that it’s completely ridiculous that I’m being punished because of a mistake that was repeatedly made by this restaurant’s staff. I won’t be giving them my family’s business any further!
Place was decent...looks like pizza is their thing so will be back. Got the wings and WAY overpriced for what I received (see pic) and judge for yourself...they were average at best..ranch and blue cheese watered down. Service was average...will go back for the pizza and see how that is..but overall..its a pass. Decent beer selection..and had 805..my fave so were good...right off the freeway..so convienant..parking is tight..average for sure.
Came here because the place we originally chose across the street was super small and packed. We were starving, so we walked across the street to Capones. We were thankful we did! The food was really good and the drinks were on point! Service was really good and the atmosphere was super chill. Tons of really cool sports memorabilia to look at too. Loved the vibe. Would definitely return!
We were a large group, and our waiter did an excellent job of keeping orders and tabs together, even though couples sat separately
