Terrible experience I phone the store letting them know I was done with this location because they forget to add a sauce each and every time it ruins the food because chicken fries or nuggets is not good w/o sauce, so I hung up. She calls me back a minute later explaining that it was not their fault as i did not add the sweet and sour sauce to my order, picture below shows otherwise. The store manager said she did not care about the review or the post online as well because they're franchised and was very rude considering she was wrong in the first place.

I used the drive-thru on Monday night 3/21 and tried to order a melt. The person I spoke with on the speaker used profanity and refused to take my order because they had already quit. This restaurant appears to only care about warm bodies behind that counter and not about customer service. I will not be back to this location as if their taste in people is this terrible, who knows what is happening to the food.

I’m not one to leave reviews but this is a must, this location is absolutely disgusting. I understand slow service due to staffing issues but that’s no excuse for the lack of cleanliness. This locations is absolutely deplorable. Overflowing garbage cans, food on the floor, dried drink spills, old food on tables, even a few cigarette butts on the floor. Literally dirty everywhere. Not to mention the food tasted like it had been sitting a while . This location needs a serious, surprise visit from the health department .

My experience today was ok. They didn't have any beyond beef for the whoppers. Still one of the best deals/ burgers out there! I recommend burger king for a bite to eat!

The drive thru in Post Falls, Idaho is pathetic. I've gone through there 5 times and had issues with speed and not honoring nationwide promo's. They lost me as a future customer.

The one in Post Falls in Walmart parking lot is not good. We walked in and the person in front of us was returning their food because they made it wrong. My wife and I ordered a whopper meal and the berger was cold and not flame broiled.

So I was coming home really late after my shift on New Year’s Eve, very hungry and way too tired to make anything.. Driving around & seeing everything closed was saddening,, until driving by Burger King…It was literally unreal how I came into the drive-through, wasn’t rushed, and was greeted with the nicest positive employee I ever came across.to add to the amazing costumer service, when I finally got home to my boyfriend to enjoy the last couple hours of 2021, we both agreed that even the appearance of all this food was spectacular, compared to any where else.These burgers were perfect.Thank you to the employees who allowed me to enjoy the last couple hours of 2021 eating the best fast food I’ve had.

Waited 30 minutes for order in drive thru. Wasn't crowded. The employees are trying their best to serve quickly, but seem to be understaffed and overwhelmed. The staff were at least polite and friendly.Every Burger King in this neck of the woods seems to struggle with consistency and lack of staff-the one that's closed down and replaced by Carl's Jr (in CdA off Appleway) was pretty bad as far as wait time and quality of food.Maybe a managerial issue...you can't blame COVID for everything cuz this Burger King has been like this since it opened! The McDonald's in Post Falls proves that even during a Pandemic, their excellent customer service and consistent quality of their food didn't change at all!Oh yeah, almost forgot, our burgers were cold at the PF Burger King... Again.

Had two whoppers. Both arrived cold and the meat on both were burnt to a crisp. Used to love burger King, but I will not be ordering from them agin.

Polite people, it’s fast food. Except I can never get a correct order, I order a 8 dollar burger and get. 4 dollar one instead.
