We had a great experience other than the salads. You can see from the pictures that the lettuce was not properly chopped and they've recently switched to serving salads on plates instead of bowls which is a freaking mess! Everything else was wonderful- the staff was friendly, service was quick, and our sticky fingers were absolutely delicious!!Without the salad issues, this would've been a 5 star experience!
Went in around 8PM for dinner last night and was nervous because didn't want to be those people who come in right before closing and upset the staff. They close at 9PM. However our waitress Charisma was very nice! *Side note if you want some spizazz to your popcorn order the creamy amazing sauce, so yummy! I wanted to try something other than the famous sticky fingers dinner and asked Charisma what she recommended and ended up getting the Alfredo pasta that she recommended that was delicious especially with the toast that came with it! My husband had the sticky fingers which I also had a taste of and was delicious as well! The food and service from our waitress was great!! The only downfall leads back to the opening of this review! A couple came in about 10 mins to closing and was sat by the host. The kitchen is not closed off and you could hear the staff yell and complain bout them coming in close to closing. I'm happy we were in the process of paying our bill because that made me super uncomfortable how unprofessional that was. If I felt that uncomfortable then I can only imagine how those late customers felt as well!
Love the menu and the food! Service was great and the joint was hopping!
Fun cute staff. Great food. Rude management so I feel bad for those under her but overall really nice experience.
Great food! Shout out to our awesome waitress who offered us a free dessert after one of us got our food way later than the other. The manager embarrassed her by telling her she couldn't offer that to make up for slower service after she already offered which I thought was unprofessional and made me think less of management not the poor girl who was very sweet for offering the compensation, but dinner was worth the wait in the end regardless.
Food was very good and the costume service was spectacular. The waitress was very nice, and they got all of the customizations on our burgers right first time. Between the high quality good and service, it made for an excellent experience.
We enjoyed our meal. Prices were good, service was great! I had the sticky Chicken Finger Salad. We love Wingers♥️???
The sticky fingers were delicious we haven't had them in forever. The service wasn't great. They were pushy to take our order and our waitress had absolutely no personality.
This was our first time eating at this Wingers. Sadly disappointed. My Husband had a garlic burger. The bun was like cardboard and the need tasted horrible. Hardly any onion, tomatoe, no pickles. When you order a Hamburger is should have all the necessities for 13/14 dollars! Fries were fair.I had the Asian Crunch salad. Large salad but hardly any chicken for nominal price.Waitress didn’t even see us come in so there was a wait there as well. But she was very nice.Highly doubt we’ll be going back.
Hands down the worst service I've ever seen. I am shocked the the owners allow their managers to treat people with such disrespect. I have a disabled son that cries when he is hungry and waiting for food. She said that can't happen In her restaurant and that je was disturbing the other guests when nobody was complaining whatsoever. When I asked her why she was being so disrespectful she accused me of being a bad parent as my children were sitting in the booth quietly eating their fries. She said my eldest son had come sit up at the front and my 2 year old had stood up in the booth for a second. That is not unruly behavior as she so politely put it. At that point she said I was yelling and she was calling the police which I never yelled and had already told her we were leaving due to how badly we were being treated and discriminated against for my sons disability. As I was gathering my children to leave she still proceeded to call the police. Absolute nightmare the way this place is being ran. Avoid this place at all costs.
