I've been really disappointed in this location lately. Every time I ask for a double JBC they do the double stack with ketchup and just a regular cheeseburger, THAT IS NOT WHAT I ORDERED. This is has happened 3 times now. Today though, I got 2 JBC instead of 1 double, stll not what I ordered. Also, when someone asks for UNsweetened ice tea with lemon, tell them you don't have lemon! Don't just add lemonade, this makes it SWEET! Why order UNsweet tea and then just sweeten it? This drink ruins my day every time.Also, I really wish the whole corporation would bring back the go wraps! Those were my favorite, and I really don't love anything else.
Loved our visit to Wendy’s to get some frosty’s!! Fox is the best worker and deserves a raise! It was very busy and he took our order and had our food out in a timely manner. This location was very clean and all the employees seem to work graciously and kindly.
We didn't get our whole order, we did not receive 2 burgers. The chicken sandwiches were not great, mostly dry. We asked for well done fries and they were not at all. Also asked for extra lettuce and there definitely was not extra lettuce. Customer service was subpar at best. The drinks were good though.
The strawberry salad is really good. I don't eat fast food normally. The nuts they give you a little bag are always expired so I don't use them on the salad.
Been there twice on Friday or Saturday, I take my Grandsons there. We love it. Except when I see the handicap lady there cleaning ,sweeping and some lady with a clipboard right on her heals pointing at every speck on the floor.

Their application for mobile ordering is super easy to use, doesn't take a lot time to navigate, and gives points instantly. Food was fresh and yummy!
4 for 4 is yummy ? chicken nuggets, fries, and hamburger and small drink. Frosties are so creamy and chocolately. Yessss!!
My second time here and both times they messed up my order. Today I went and ordered the chicken BLT sandwich and ended up with some sort of value chicken sandwich that had no B or T! Plus, when I got to the window, the employees were loudly joking about being high and on illicit substances. I don't think I'll be coming back until the management does something about the lack of service and respect.
