Unfortunately, I had reserves about eating here since they moved from 5th ave.location years ago. I was right. Atmosphere is non-existent for the 15 dollar burger they plan on going with it.I knew it was going to be bad when the first thing I see when entering is a sign that announces a" No Shared" plate policy.It's not a buffet. But I understand why you would have to share , to negate the outrageous prices.
I used to eat there but now I have family who who cooks and waitresses there so I haven't been in there in a while but I like your food not just because you got family working there you could always have decent food all the time keep it up it's getting better

The lace said it was open until 9. The gal up front said we couldn't eat inside and only get take out for some reason and it was around 6. When we got outside with our food she locked the doors and closed up early. Was all really strange. The food was ok, mine was a little cold. My wife's was ok.
Friendly and helpful staff! She was great at informing us of hidden food allergens to help us better find something to accommodate our diet. Burgers and fries were amazing! Fantastic portions! Sodas were bubbly and sweet! Our diet limits what we can eat here, but I would definitely return for the burgers and fries! Delicious!
just got shunned away from here. Arrived for my grandson's birthday with my 3 boys. The hostess asked me how many people in the party. I told her I wasn't sure. She kept pressing me about the number of people in our party. She then said she could only serve 8 people due to having 1 cook. She wasn't welcoming at all. We felt like we couldn't even just sit with my family. My boys ages 12,7,1 decided to leave so the rest of my family could enjoy themselves. My younger son was crying because the hostess behavior. I was looking forward to eating there, but not anymore. There were also 2 other large parties of people being served in the restaurant.
If you are thinking about it, go! So good and worth the money. Everyone working was so nice, portions were generous and prices were fair. A million times better than our families experience with the other place in town. While they may have a little more variety nothing felt fresh. We know when food isn't fresh and defrosted spanakopita is not something anyone should have to endure. Support Tom's for the great fresh food and guarantee that every thing on menu will leave you with a full and happy belly.
The service and food are exceptional! I cannot put into words how kind the waitstaff are here. It is the most welcoming family restaurant I have ever had the pleasure to visit. Thank you to the staff and other customers that made this meal the highlight of my week for an out of town business trip. I will most definitely be back on my next visit to Pocatello.
As always, Toms was the bomb! They never disappoint. Great fries, big huge mouth watering Titanic burgers. We drive from Arco to Pocatello, as well as the Idaho Falls location just to enjoy these yummy burgers. It's our guilty treat :)...Well worth the stop.
We were looking for Greek food and tried this. It was good. The food was delicious and the food service was good too. The prices were also good. Thanks so much for a good eating experience
