Went today to try out the new brunch menu and was not disappointed. Generous portions and lots of options. I had the Huevos Yellowstone. We will be back soon.Love the new decor. Looks like a mountain resort.

Jack and I went there for lunch today. It was close to 2pm so it wasn’t very busy. What a wonderful place. Great food and hearty portions. After we ordered the owner suggested for us to walk thru the building. The old wood work was beautiful. It use to be a hotel. Wonder how many weary travelers stayed there after their train trip. The old station is less than a block from this place
Been wanting to try this place for a while and, unlike most things you hype up in your mind, this one really delivered. Wife got the poblano cream steak fettuccine. It was unreal. Not to mention the ambiance was great (a rarity in Pocatello). On top of everything, I love the fact it’s in old town in a historic building. Overall a great experience. PS New York cheesecake was also great ??
The Yellowstone is an upscale dining option in Pocatello, which is refreshing. The food is delicious. The ambiance was so well suited to the name of the restaurant. It's great to have an option of a restaurant to go to when you want to enjoy a nice night, or brunch, out. The brunch menu is always changing, so I plan to go back to try a variety of new items. My mimosa was very stout and reasonably priced.
Even though we didn’t have reservations, they were gracious enough to seat us within 10 minutes! The food was fantastic and our server was very attentive. We would highly recommend this restaurant. It was exactly what we were looking for on our first time to Pocatello.

Our favorite thing about the Yellowstone is definitely the drinks! Majority of the time when we go the bartender nails a Long Island iced tea! Sometimes they do a little too much sour but most of the drinks from the bar are amazing! We also love their dinner entrees, although a little expensive you definitely get what you pay for. The atmosphere is also really nice and in a beautiful old building.
