Called today to make an order. When the phone was picked up I overheard the employee checking out another customer. No problem, she would be answering my call next. I was hung up on. Called back and heard the same employee talk about shutting her phone up and she hung up on me again. I called a 3rd time and asked to speak to the manager and was told she was too busy and to call back later. Terrible. My company and I will think twice when getting lunch in the future...
Love this little business when you order in front of the workers face to face the orders are fantastic. While ordering online the past 3 times our orders are absolutely a hit and miss on getting your order right. We give the benefit of the doubt they may get it right this time yet today was absolutely a s**t show mess. We will only order face ti face with this business.
The first time I went into this place for food w my husband & we were instantly rushed to order while trying to look at the menu because it was our first time ordering food.Second try was today. Didn’t mind that they didn’t have cottage fries (even though those are my favorite), but the two females working once again rushes us to order food. We began ordering when both of them began asking me questions at the same time about my sandwich w attitude. Let them know that we changed our mind & wanted to eat somewhere else. Customer service at this location SUCKS. You don’t want to go get food while people working there have put off horrible vibes & always look angry. I hope those ladies lives get better but don’t make everyone else suffer.All in all, food is delicious so we went to Chubbuck location & we’re treating w the upmost respect & will just continue to go there.
Great sandwich shop!!!! Ingredients were fresh, service was great, employees were friendly and the menu is reasonably priced. We’ll be back next time we are in Pocatello!!
The portions are smaller then they used to be and the prices are just as expensive as Subway. Not only that, tonight the lady running the cash register was incompetent. She knew my husband and I were on the same order, yet she "forgot" to charge me for one of the sandwiches until after I had already paid for the rest of our purchase. Resulting in me paying twice for one order. She refused to compensate her mistake in any way. We will not be going back
Wings are great and reasonably priced, and the BLT uses crumbled bacon which is so much more flavorful, it’s become my favorite BLT!
We had the warm Barbeque Beef and Philly cheese steak. They were both fantastic. I am going to be a regular for sure. Absolutely delicious and quick delivery. Delivery guy was adorable. I highly recommend.
The Works is an amazing place to get a damn good sandwich! The people are always kind and I've never had any issues with them nor have they ever messed up an online order of mine either. My favorite fried food is pickles; they have the best fried pickles I've ever eaten or even found in town for that matter. 11/10 recommend ??
My coworkers and I ordered 2 salads and a sandwich today online for delivery. I placed the order at 11:15. We ended up calling the store at 12:05 because our order had still not arrived. The person said they have it and will get it to us. The order finally arrived at 12:45, 1.5 hours after we placed our order. Then when we looked, both salads were missing the meat and they forgot our ranches and fry sauce. We called back and got a lady who said sorry once and acted like it wasn’t a big deal. Then the second delivery, they didn’t arrive until 1:16. 2 hours after we had placed our order. The girl delivering didn’t even apologize for anything. We eat here all the time and they are usually good about their delivery and response time. But today they failed. We got no remorse and no offers to make the situation better. Not to mention, my co-worker is pregnant and you never mess with a pregnant lady’s order. Super disappointed in the customer service.
