This place was so gross when I walked in to get ice cream on 6/11/2022 I just walked out and went elsewhere.Floor looked like it hadn’t been swept or mopped in awhile. Trashes not taken out tables dirty. I really liked coming here at one time but looks like no one is really managing it and it shows health department should pay them a visit. I was just grossed out.
Came here to try the space burgers. I loved the concept, but the delivery was disappointing. The meat was very bland, and did not seem to be seasoned. There could have been a bit more lettuce as well. The tots were good though. I'm giving 4 stars because my car died in the drive thru and the young man at the window offered to help me push my car out (I declined, because the poor guy isn't getting paid for that sort of thing).
Drive thru and the building very run down. Sat in the drive thru for 10 min and keep asking if anyone was there no answer so I pulled up yo drive thru window. The guy was very short and told me I would have to pull around. We knocked on door no answer. We sat in the parking lot for another 45min. A guy came out to throw away boxes and I asked if our fries would ne done. He said oh I just finished them another 10 min waited for them to bring them out. Very disappointing service. Food was still good but horrible service.
The customer service was great, the only thing that keeps this experience from being rated 0 stars. It took far to long to get our order of four Space Burgers, and two large tater tots. The food was alright but it has definitely lost something over the years. This place was once a favorite place to feed my face, the tater tots were completely ruined by being drenched in way too much salt. After a couple bites it felt like I've been drinking sea water all day.
I understand being understaffed, but the wait was ridiculous. I've worked in restaurants my whole life, that was bulls#!t. It took so long, I'm pretty sure they had to grow and harvest the potatoes before they could cut and serve them. Plus the hot dog we ordered was shriveled, my son wouldn't touch it. Waste of time and money.
Used to come here as a kid for ice cream, and as I passed through, I had to swing by and get a swirl cone and a space burger with tots. I know it's so good because of nostalgia, but also it's just objectively good. Space burger, man, tasty and fun to eat!
The drive thru has really bad potholes. The person that took our order messed it up. When he gave us part of it and I didn't leave he opened the window and asked me what I needed. When I told him he didn't give us our whole order he rolled his eyes at me and mumbled just a minute. He gave me the rest of our order i thanked him and we left.I have been going to Tastee Treat since I was a little kid. This was the worst experience I have had there.
Came in at 6 the door was locked and the sign said open there was a girl sweeping I knocked on the door to ask if we needed to go through the drive thru and the girl just hid behind the wall ( we could see her in the reflection of the window). We went to eat elsewhere due to the rudeness. We just wanted to know if we needed to use the drive thru.
I absolutely love this place! They have the best fries and nuggies in town for a great price. I don't understand how people are complaining about the cost when $6 gets you a drink, fries, a cheeseburger and a sundae! The service can be a little slow but the employees are mostly 15-16 years old! How many of you were working at 15? Come on people be nice
Tasty treat is good. We enjoy our ice cream treats there, and their burgers are satisfying. My chief complaint is its pricier than other places and its slow.
