They know how to make nachos. All food was a generous size. This is a good Taco Bell.
Took 27 minutes, my order came in a bag not a "craving box" not a problem at all except the items were all poorly wrapped and we're going everywhere in the bag when I opened.
Worst experience of my life. I went through the drive through, they got my food wrong and missed and item, no big. So I walked in, showed my receipt and just asked for my missing item. When the new cashier called the order back for me, a heavy set lady starts yelling that Im lying and I already got it cause she was the one who puts it in the bag. She didn't. In fact she was eating things off the top of other ppls orders before wrapping it up!!! The way I was insulted and yelled at and the names I was called, I felt like a black guy in the 50's. I will never go to this location again. I would give 0 stars if that's where possible.
Ordered through app. Numerous probs with app. Wont honor anything the app has at counter when not working. But not only that, get this.....They dont stock everything the app has. So be prepared for that.But the best part was listening to two employees hate on this place.1. Telling a customer she hates the food, and the way its cooked. ? WOW!!The other two employees sitting at a table talking about how the manager chamged a schedule, they didn't know they were on it. So in summary1.They dont stock what their menu says.2.The employees dont eat there.3. The management and employees are at war.This is the 2nd place ive been to today that doesnt have what is on the menu.Jimmy Johns two blocks up was out of Turkey?Just gonna stay off 5th street.

since all of the toilets in the women's bathroom were being used i used my wife instead10/10 i liked the toilet paper
listen, you know exactly why you're eating here, the menu is basically 20 different combinations of meat, cheese, lettuce and some form of tortilla. it's decent tasting, better the later you eat it, and very affordable. we're not talking about a fine dining experience, but it's hard to beat at 3am, you know?
Husband placed a mobile order, went to pick it up and was told by Taco Bell Employee “we are not serving fountain drinks in the drive thru tonight”. He ordered a medium Baja blast zero (along with other items). Already paid because it’s a mobile order…so they gave him a SMALL Baja blast freeze instead? How does that make sense.
Many others including myself had to wait more then 30 mins just for a small fry. This place is a complete joke with some of their workers. The cashiers didn’t seem to understand what they were supposed to be doing and messed up a few orders that were my friends as well. I wouldn’t ever go here and was a complete waste of time. Expect in the morning is fast.
Ordered family box of supreme tacos. After returning home with my food a family member mentioned that the tacos were not supreme. I have called and explained the mistake but they would not refund or credit the order over the phone. I do not want them to make what I originally ordered and drive back across town for this. I do not want to make a trip back to the store for the problem to be rectified. I find Taco Bell's business practices in this manner inconvenience and unprofessional. Do I really need to check my order in the store???? Better yet forget Taco Bell.
