The young man there was working alone. I made an online order & the lobby was closed when I showed up. He had my food already & was extremely nice! He deserves a raise! Especially working all by himself like that..
Great customer service. Arrived today on the free subway deal and the workers weren’t aware. But they were awesome and accommodating and we will be back
I placed an order online. When I got there the store had closed early because someone had quit. I had to come back the next day for a "partial refund" I say partial because I used by $2 rewards toward the sandwich and did not get that back. I was told it would go back. I just got off the phone with store and was told there was nothing they can do. They don't have anything to do with the app.
the hours are never right! seems like they open late and close early so its never reliable. the drive thru is closed 99 out of 100 percent of the time, please steer clear of this place… it is DISGUSTING here! the SERVICE is always POOR, the DINING AREA is DIRTY, and the BATHROOM is NASTY. you’re better off going to the gas station next door to use the restroom. if you’re really in need of a sandwich there is always firehouse subs, jimmy johns, and other local sandwich shops. hell, buy some bread and meat and that would still be the best alternative. the OWNER doesn’t care about the customers, more about his REPUTATION towards the Franchise and the ones that inspect the the store! the MANAGER does the bare minimum and is apart of the reason why the place is down hill, she breaks company policies and health guidelines and no one holds her accountable!
i'm actually horrified after my visit today. i'm genuinely not a hard person to please. we're on the road and stopped in for lunch. group of people walk in and no welcome. yeah, that might be asking for too much. use the bathroom, literally looks like it hasn't been touched by a cleaning product in weeks. go to order food. every staff member seemed irritated. i get it, lunch rushes suck, but a smile, maybe?! we get our subs and turn around to an absolutely filthy dining room. disgusting and sticky soda stand. we tell the cashier girl, who has a terrible attitude. she pushes around some soda with a rag, doesn't even clean it, walks back to register. soda is flat. got the CO2 changed. eat our food and throw away our trash. trash can is full and overflowing. by this time the lunch rush is over and we are the only table left. every table dirty, crumbs and leftover trash. not a single employee came to check the lobby AFTER the lunch rush. shuddering because i have to use the disgusting bathroom again.... my sandwich was just okay. to my surprise, we did get a "have a good day!" on our way out. this place needs a little more adult supervision and some serious sani-bucket action.
STAY AWAY! HEALTH HAZARD!I walked in to grab a sandwich. Had to use the bathroom first. Glad I did because there was mold growing in the toilet. It was horrendous. The entire bathroom obviously hasn't been cleaned in a very, VERY long time. You don't get that mold in the toilet overnight. I questioned the hygiene practices of the store and left without ordering. If I could attach the photo I took then I would. It's terrible.
Not bad as a chain, however; don't bank on them for a "close to closing" meal... Often they will just hang a sign that says "closed early sorry for the inconvenience".... And if you are wanting subway delivered thru grub hub or Uber or door dash.... Don't consider this location within an hour of posted closing... You could be very disappointed ☹️
Waited for over 30 minutes in line just to watch one of the guys building the sandwich to not change his gloves after handling money/running the cash register, and then when the gloves were off he would pinch his nose to get the running nose burgers and wip it on his pants afterwards just to start building more sandwiches after that
It is nice when the hours say 8:00 a.m. and it is 8:15 and they are still closed. Then you see the employee that is supposed to open the store sitting in her car smoking. Came back at 8:30, now she is inside walking around but the place is still closed. She saw me there but did not care. Real nice.
Last time I went the lobby was closed. This time the drive through was closed and you had to go in the lobby. The lettuce was frozen. They don't do the meal deal where you can get the foot long instead of the meal with the six inch. Very disappointed.
