Had an amazing experience the staff was fast caring and very polite I would recommend everyone in Pocatello to come to this store if ever possible
Being only Starbucks this franchise store just doesn't add up I mean so I ordered a caramel ribbon crunch frappuccino and yeah there's a whole lot of caramel barely any ribbon and absolutely no crunch let's taste it and see what it happens yeah that's what I thought better luck next time
This Starbucks is a hit and occasional miss for us. Sometimes the egg bites and coffee are great - other times it is mediocre. Today was a mediocre day. My pistachio latte had little to no flavor and was barely sweet. This is a regular drink for me so I'm familiar with the taste. Staff was friendly though! Drive-thru line was super long! We went inside and got our stuff long before people made it through the line outside. Overall, I will continue to go here when it's convenient, but the other locations are my preferred choice.
Great staff, manager is a doll.. her and tiffani always remember my name (and my kids too!) And my drinks are always so consistent!
Typical good Starbucks with friendly staff. The drive threw lane is situated in an odd manner creating some frustration for drivers going to Starbucks and people currently parked there that are inside. Be willing to be patient and compromise with other customers if you go to this location.

I don't visit Starbucks very often.I'm not from around here, I ordered twice from the drive thru, the wait time was reasonable and the staff was super nice.I find the sizing options for the beverages to be odd, but it's whatever. I literally just stopped to get my step daughter's favorite drink.
I had to wait over 30 minutes for my 2 lattes in a nearly empty lobby because they over prioritized the drive-through over the guests inside the location. After getting my drinks, they were made wrong. I've worked for starbucks so I was patient in asking them to remake them. The barista insisted that he made them exactly how he was supposed to. Just an overall negative experience. I wont be visiting this location again.
47 cars. That's how many cars went through the drive thru before before the gave out a drink to anyone in the lobby. It took 27 minutes from when I ordered, till when I got my two drinks. That was after waiting about 7 minutes to order. I get that the drive thru is your bread and butter for the business. But close the lobby if your going to care so little about the people in the lobby.Thanks for coming to my ted talk.
I go here a lot. I'd say on average of 3-4 times a week. Very friendly staff. The reason I did not give it 5 stars is because this location is sold out of certain items way too often. Especially the holiday ingredients. I understand that these drinks are very popular but I wish they could somehow be able to order extra inventory. I'm originally from Seattle and I'm up there visiting as often as I am able. Over the summer when I was up there my sister and my brother-in-law got me hooked on the shaken brown sugar oat milk espresso and this location has only had all the ingredients to make it for me one time since August. I'm also super interested in the new sugar cookie latte It sounds delicious but so far every single time they have been sold out. Overall I love this place I just wish they would order more inventory.
