My sister and I went to Sizzler for my birthday lunch. We order then sat at our table. The waitress brought our drinks and salads then we never saw her again helping us. A bunch of people came in for a party after us. She helped them with everything, which is great for them. They all got their food and drinks before us. We sat patiently waiting for our food. Finally another waitress brought our food which was not hot. We never did get our cheese toast. Of course, we didn't leave a tip. We were very disappointed. Evidently two old ladies aren't important to wait on.
Salmon is amazing!
The fish was very breaded and took a while to get out to us, but it was fresh and hot, but taste was just so-so. Salad bar was well stocked.
Last night my wife and I went to the Sizzler she had the all you can eat fish and chips and ordered a baked potato instead of the “chips” come to find out they ran out of potatoes. How does a restaurant in Idaho run out of potatoes? It was not a great experience they didn’t offer a solution or anything different to compensate the issue. They could’ve sent a person to get more especially when they are in the same shopping center as Ridley’s or sent a person to Winco to pick some up.The fish was not good at all it was chewy and the breading was too doughy and not cooked well at all.I didn’t want to make a fuss because their manager Janeen has a reputation of being a bad person to argue with and nowadays it’s not a good thing to cause a public disturbance.
Steak was hard to chew. Server was the worst we've had in years. Only came to the table as we were finishing our meal to ask if we needed anything else.Asked for straw, never got it, asked for to go boxes, never got them from her. Asked another server for boxes & got them immediately.the saddest part. They weren't that busy. Probably will be a long time before we will return to the Pocatello sizzler.
First the place was so crowded we weren't sure we were going to get a table bit they took our orders anyway. We stood in line waiting to be seated for a bit. Our kids ordered Mac n cheese with french fries and they didn't get mac n cheese til after 30 mins of already being there. The waitresses were running like crazy and struggling to keep up with the workload.The food was good tho. Next time we definitely just order salad bar.
Watch for their coupons in the paper and it's a nice, affordable place to eat.
Good fresh buffet. Love the food here for the price. Very well keep and clean. Helpful workers and good service.
I really like Sizzler, but today the food wasn't so good. Especially the house salad was awful. I will eat there again . Maybe I will have better luck next time.
Always a great place to eat steaks for me. I like sizzlers better then I do Texas road house.l steaks . Theirs taste sweet.
