Used to be our family's favorite Mexican food. However not anymore. The last 10 times I've been there it has been disappointing. Guacamole is watered down. Rice is really salty. Burrito was ok but didn't seem to have much inside like we are used to. Will not be going back for awhile. Nothing was even close to good at our last visit. Wasted $24.00
I FOUND A STAPLE IN MY STEAK BREAKFAST BURRITO!!I am so grateful that I felt it before swallowing it. The drive through was quick and friendly. Still... that could of done serious damage if my teeth hadn't discovered it first. My daughter's burritos didn't have any issues.
Went with a friend. Ordered a burrito and a medium horchata, no ice. Was given medium horchata, lots of ice. Took it back to the counter and told the young lady we had ordered "no ice". Was told "No you didn't" very rudely and she walked off. Did eventually receive the correct drink but was happy we hadn't tipped before receiving our items. Giving 1 starbonly because burrito was decent.
We were not impressed with the service or the food. From the unfriendly staff who took our order, then walked in the back to take a FaceTime call, while holding our drink cups for several minutes, to seeing another employee eating food while preparing food in the back, also there was no ice in the soda machine, and and the canned refried beans left something to be desired. We were disappointed and will not be returning.
Plenty of food for the money. Chile relleno plate was good as was the pollo asado plate. This must be the twin restaurant of Los Betos in Boise/Nampa.
This is the first time I have done a review cuz I did love the food here. I have always tried to convince my friend to go & was excited they finally agreed. But then I was really disappointed in the service by the cashier to the point I don't plan on returning again... :( My friend was having a hard time deciding and talking to me over the phone asking normal questions like what was on one item. I was doing my best to relay the message & didn’t feel it came across bad or anything but the cashier acted offended they were not deciding faster. We were respectful and not doing anything out of the norm… I actually try my best to be an overly nice person & avoid any sort of conflict. But I was starting to feel embarrassed because I could feel the cashiers frustration :( We just went through a loss and had very little sleep so its been a hard week. I had to work all night. Then when we were done I even heard her say very loudly to the customer in front of me “did you hear that?” And made fun of us… She made me feel really bad & my bf protective. Then when I pulled up - I apologized hoping to figure out what caused any sort of frustration. I felt I was extremely nice the whole time so I’m confused. She mentioned I should’ve told my friend to hurry before I made her mad. It felt like I was apologizing for being a customer.. But I tried to keep an open mind. Then she immediately said “try working 8-10 hours etc.” She seemed to kinda laugh it off like it was joke after I said sorry but I didn’t feel it was genuine. She didn’t seem to consider or care about the customer. I respect customer service workers completely & understand how hard it can be. I’m in customer service as well as well. I just don’t feel it justifies being rude to a stranger :(
These guys have gone downhill so hard this past year or so.. I don't even understand how they are still in business.. Ordered two chicken rice and cheese burritos and got two chicken fries and cheese burritos with no chicken!! Got charged $15 for burritos with fries and cheese!!! Nice!!! Tried to call these guys and they won't even answer even though they were dead when we went through. A month or so ago i tried to drop by and get a breakfast burrito at 8am which was their new times. I showed up 8:10am and nobody was there other than myself and another car... Who gave up as well trying to go into the lobby...
My friend brought me here raging how great they are. They had no ice in the soda machine, all of the tables were dirty, and they got both of our orders wrong. At $17 for two burritos, I won't be returning. My friend is angry because we went our of our way to eat here and he wasn't able to eat what they gave him, when he specifically told them he is allergic.
Went through the drive through and waited at least 20 minutes. The cashier did tell us it was taking longer than normal because "the chef is in the bathroom".When we got our food we haf to remind them we ordered and paid for a drink.When we got home we discovered they screwed up our order. I ordered a chile Verde enchilada. What I got was not verde at all and the cheese on the top was not melted. I am not happy.
Nice friendly employee's, fast service,and they used to be 24 hrs which was awesome cuz I work graveyard sometimes.. But not anymore.. I'm bummed!But still Hella good tacos!!
