I have never been so disappointed. My pizza was barely luke warm. I ordered supreme w/NO green peppers. But they never put any olives on my supreme pizza. I was told 30-45 min. After 1 hour 20 min. I called. Turns out the driver called the wrong phone number. So my pizza was re'delivered. No olives and barely luke warm. I was disappointed. NEVER AGAIN !!!!!!!!!!! The seal on the box was broken. Pocatello, ID.
Usually the pizza is pretty good, but not always. The thin crust is good. I ordered a big dinner box and the pizza was totally undercooked and doughy underneath the toppings.Update: If you order here, order the Thin Crust. They add too much topping, so the pizza doesn't cook through. I ordered a regular pizza, and it was a soggy, undercooked mess.
It's a pizza place. Not outstanding but not terrible either. NO complaints whatsoever.
went in on 5/16/22 around 4pm was waited on by a younger girl who could care less about her job,forgot our breadsticks brought us some she prbly found from last year not once came to check on us,no refills,nothingg and we were only ones there she just hanged around in the back on her phone gave her a big fat 0 dollar tip wich is more then she deserves!!
Friday night at 9:30... I place an order for 6 pizzas. I get a call from the store... Sorry we only have 3 pizzas total in the store for the rest of the night... I'm like you charged my cc $200...Still isn't reversed....What a joke..Like - you're surprised it's busy on a Friday - welcome to the pizza biz
Paid for our food. She took our phone number. She said she would give us a call. 45 minutes of waiting on the car. We finally went in to check. It was done. And cold. Bad service. Cold food. Never again.
I ordered online for delivery, waited for an hour and a half before trying to call the store location, got hung up on a bunch before one of my guests tried to call and got through on the FIRST TRY! Then I was told to come into the store yo pick it up and that it has been in the warming racks all this time. When I went in the store, I was refused when I asked them to remake it because the pizza sauce had blackened. I tried to calmly explain that I have guests over and my wife is pregnant and naggy and a grouchy hungry 2 yr old at home at the moment, and was basically told "too bad" I also took pictures of the pizza and receipt to prove im not over exaggerating

I called to place an order and was told they can’t deliver to me because they can’t make it up the hill, which there is no snow on the road it’s bare pavement, I will never go through Pizza Hut again just because of this
