I have tried to order pizza 2 times in the last year by phone and online. Both times they ended up not fulfilling my order which was a huge inconvenience when I went to pick them up. I love papa John’s pizza but will never try to order from this location again.
Just got my garlic knots but they didn't have any garlic stuff on them just fresh out the oven. Just got plain knots ...
Ordered online - within a minute got a phone call saying the didn't have the right size dough for my order. When I asked if they would be making more, was told no. When I asked if they would make it the next size up for no charge, was told no. I could either cancel or pay a difference. Employee was rude and I just canceled rather then even deal any further with the rude employee. Why would a pizza place not have dough on a Friday night?
Ordered a papadia. It came very quickly. The driver's name was Julianna and she was very polite and professional. The papadia was surprisingly good. Will definitely order again.
Worst ever order the pumpkin shape pizza crust was burnt and it literally look like a child made it n threw it in the box called to talk to the manager was totally un helpful smh new bacon bites was messy n torn apart in the box total waste of money
The pizza was all cheese and sauce.crusty,not thin,no mushrooms,no pineapple- total disappointment.Staff were playing with each other the whole time.Shag has a lot of explaining to do.I will not be returning.

Thank you to all the staff who helped fix and make our order right after after an unexpected mix up. Everyone was polite and really great to work with.
We ordered from our hotel and drove to get it. Waited a small 4 minutes and went back to hotel was.. fabulous .hot fresh. Made to perfection
