This is my wife’s and my favorite place in Pocatello. The food amazing and I recommend the palate burger. It’s one of my favorite burgers I’ve ever had in my life. The employees are very nice. Seriously though, the food is really, reeeally good!

I have only had the truffle fries and pulled pork sandwich. I've had the truffle fries three times and every time they are severely over seasoned with salt. The third time I couldn't even finish. It is because they already add parmesean cheese to them and then an extra layer of salt. Please decrease the amount of seasoning on the truffle fries! Other than that pretty good place!
I’ve tried their Truffle Fries and Lomo Saltado. It was delicious. Fresh, great flavor, and great customer service.I wanna try everything on their menu. I would literally eat there every single day. I’m definitely bringing my friends back to this place. They passed the vibe check.

Palate Street Bistro catered my daughter's wedding. They arrived to the outdoor venue and set up. Everything was well done and put together. The menu was exactly as expected and delicious. I did pay extra for bamboo dinnerware. The plates were bamboo, which were very lovely. However, the utensils were not. They were plastic. It wasn't that big of a deal, but when paying extra for biodegradable ware, you should get it. They checked in with me and when they had some difficulty finding electricity they went about finding it without too much trouble on my part. This was very much appreciated. They did a very fine job and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again for a big event.
Have had their food twice when they were set up at Jim Dandy Brewing. So so good!! Especially the burger! Prices are reasonable and they give you a very good portion. Had the Philly Cheesesteak which was also amazing! Very nice guys working in the truck! Will keep coming back!

Very good food! I’ve only ordered through door dash, but definitely a unique place nothing like it in town. The Cuban sandwich is very good and I would recommend it
I went here for the first time recently. Heard good thing but OMG. Literally to die for!!I fgor fries with a bbq pulled pork sandwich. So good and melts in my mouth. The fries were also super good, tasty and seasoned. I love the vibe there and the workers so super nice. The owners were kind and generous! Great atmosphere.
