Food and service were amazing! Was extremely impressed by the variety of their menu.Rather busy, but it was Mother's Day weekend and the fact that they were inundated with customers is credit to their food, their offerings, and their service. Will absolutely go back at our next opportunity to try more of their outstanding menu.
The management here doesn’t treat the staff well at all. The owner Peggy has a bad habit of changing the policies and then yelling at the staff when they try to comply with the changes. She also nit picks the smallest things and is usually really rude when speaking to her employees. Along side many other issues Peggy is very pushy with asking you to come in early and doesn’t respect an individual’s availability. Employers at the highest level should be respecting every single employee. The management and ownership needs a major attitude change
I ordered the liver and grilled onions with a baked ? and green beans with a beer.?. My liver and onions was a little dry but still good, the grilled onions were the best. They need to add more so if you order this dish, ask for extra grilled onions.I know not ev1 likes liver, but sometimes I get a hankering for it (especially if my iron level is low)about every 6 months.?The green beans were fresh and I ate the whole baked potato ? skin and all! They only have Budweiser and Bud Light in a bottle.? Not my favorite place but I would still say you should try it for yourself. I am just visiting from Florida and trying local eateries. Seemed like locals frequent this establishment. Friendly people. ?
Salad is not supposed to be white. The few green bits were wilted brown. Olivers.. what happened? I used to love you.. 11.25$ for a chili baked potatoe and this joke of a salad. Lost a longtime customer today..
This used to be one of our favorite places but they've been falling off. Just wasted $40. Chicken fried steak isn't even chicken fried it's just a slab of meat no breading. Chicken fried steak supposed to have breading? They put hardly any gravy on their eggs oliver this time. Over easy eggs are never over easy. Don't usually leave reviews but wasting money on restaurants is starting to get old. Time to start leaving some reviews when getting ripped off now.
Ken treated me to dinner. He enjoys the food served at Olivers. I had a delicious bowl of soup with a fluffy roll. Yep, we're regulars.
Absolutely horrible service. Went to get a pick up order. Not ready. Completely wrong. Waited 30 minutes still not ready or made right. Couldn't get a straight answer. The person I was picking the order for tried calling. They kept hanging up or put her on hold then hang up after waiting a long time. Just unbelievable what a mess it all was. Finally left the restaurant after no help and no answer.
This is our new favorite place. I have been here 4 times now and can't get enough. All the soups have been fantastic and absolutely homemade. The rolls are great, the breakfast is amazing, the sandwiches are bomb, alfredo is salty from fresh parmesan cheese and absolutely perfect. Very cute place to have your favorite comfort foods.
Best spaghetti around town, hands down!
I ate EVERYTHING on my plate. Tasty and never upset my tummy which is a huge plus!! Even brought home some homemade jam. Yum ?
