The one on Yellowstone in Pocatello is by far the best, never had a messed up order or wait long time in drive through to get an order
Good service the only problem is they get our sizes wrong overall it’s good for a McDonald’s

I will never understand why the night crew always gives a smidgen of lettuce on the McChicken. Is there a shortage at night vs day? At least this time I got a decent amount of mayo. FYI... I use to work at the Yellowstone store. I know how these things are suppose to be built. I'm wondering why I even still try ...
I don’t think my coffee was supposed to look like this. Ya’ll should be ashamed of yourselves. There’s no way the person pouring my coffee didn’t know this.
Every single time I eat here I end up sick. I don't know what it is about this location because I don't have the same issues with the one on 5th Avenue or the one up by walmart. I don't know if its just me that has this issue but something about this location is off. Food itself is mediocre. Most of the time the fries are cold and mushy and the burger is decent.
Won't ever eat here again. Last time, I ordered a McGriddle. Half way through it, I had a bite of eggshell. Here it is two years later so I thought I'd give them another chance. I order an sausage and egg McMuffin. Half way through it, eggshells AGAIN. I will now call them...McAwful McEggshells. Employees want $15.00 an hour but don't know how to crack an egg properly. Again, this is twice at the same location. I'm thinking this is standard.
The food was great. The kids had a blast playing. And I got to see an old friend. Great day. I think a youngster named Easton helped us and he was absolutely amazing. Very friendly and efficient staff.
We hit the drive though for lunch and was greeted by a sign “our drink machines are down” so that’s always a great start. We order some meals and they didn’t even ask what we want to drink so we expected they’d deduct the cost of the drinks since they couldn’t make them. Nope, charged us full price. Whatever. Then they asked us to pull forward while they finished making our food. Food comes out and it’s cold. Not even lukewarm. Even the fries are chewy. So we pull back around and I take everything back inside for a refund. The manager seems indifferent about the whole thing and before she can even hand me the money, one of the other employees shouts “we need a refund on the drive through again!” Clearly the staff doesn’t care, the equipment doesn’t work and I’m only surprised by the fact they haven’t been shut down yet.
2 stars because they actually got our order right, but the majority of our food was not hot. Fries were luke warm and chewy, not fresh at all. They were willing to refund and make it right, but we went to Sonic instead after being refunded. Props for being willing to make it right, but I’d prefer getting it right the first time so we can go about our day.
