Dawn is always nice, polite and friendly. Newly remolded McDonald's on 5th avenue in Pocatello, always clean and the food is always great
If you don't care about getting what you paid for.... then this is the McDonald's for you. They didn't get one thing right on my order except the COLD french fries. I ordered a Double Quarter pounder bacon meal with Root beer/no ice. I got a single Quarter pounder... no bacon and a Dr Pepper with ice. Then they completely didn't give me my hamburger. WORST MCDONALD'S EVER!!! DON'T GO HERE! There is a better one down the road. Also is really hard to find the "regular meat" button. Guess you really can't expect good service for fast food in this day and age. Never going there again. ✌️
This is the second late night I went to this McDonald’s. I work late shifts at USPS and have gone here last night and today for a quick bite. The same lady working the microphone to take customer orders is by far the worst with her tone. I can just tell by her tone she doesn’t want to be there, is annoyed the fact she had to take orders and doesn’t care what so ever. I went ahead and said “hello?” In a confused tone because there was just me and another customer and I had been waiting at the order screen for a bit. She tells me sorry I was helping a customer with something. But she wasn’t nice about it at all. Sounded annoyed and like she was being bothered. Same thing happened tonight. Same lady, darker tanned skin with dark black hair and a bit more bigger but no offense . Last night when I drove in by the 2nd window she gave me a weird look like she was trying to say why are you parked like that when I was accidentally parked a small space away from the window instead of being right up against the curb. Won’t ever be going here during night if I have to deal with a worker who doesn’t want to be there and has a terrible attitude. I could hear her and the workers yelling with the sliding window #2 being shut. She must really hate her job I guess and should probably find another one that makes her happy. My bun for my double cheeseburger was all falling apart and had black char marks on the meat which made me think if she did that on purpose just because I had come a second night in a row. Very disappointing and frustrating
As a thick lass I know my McDonald’s well. This McDonald’s is the best I’ve ever eaten at. Always hot fries, and juicy burgers. Staff are friendly, and fast. This location is a staple whenever we drive to Idaho.
Their McCafe stuff is impeccable here, and it's cheaper than at the others. They don't charge you for syrup, and stuff like they do at others. You actually end up with something that tastes amazing! In the words of Jim Gaffigan thank you McDonald's (employees)!!!!
We ordered Quarter Pounders and this is what we got! Explain why it has two regular patties and a Big Mac bun instead!
They messed up my order 5 times when I went in to politely ask for them to fix it they rolled their eyes messed up again. When they finally got it right they tossed the bag at me.
Messed up my meals every time I go there. Spend lots of money there. Figured my family and I would have been treated better than I have been.
We needed a quick fix while travelling between Cedar City Utah and Helena Montana. We were a bit surprised that the sign said that there was a McDonalds right off the I 15 Freeway, but that turned out to be a couple of miles, but the food was hot and very tasty. This McDonalds seems to be run very well.
Why can't it just be well done if I ask? Please don't put the sticker that it's well done when you didn't care. I really hate that. Just tell me you won't do it, so I can go somewhere else... specially when you park for that 'reason'-casey
