I usually love Jimmy johns but this is the worst one I have ever been to. Do not go here. Use the one by big 5. Last time I went to pull into the drive through, I sat there for 25 minutes. I am not kidding you it was horrible. Then I ordered delivery today and set the time to be delivered at 12:30. It was 30 minutes late. I'm done.
I understand finding decent employees is hard these days, but if the service I received is the normal you should just close your doors. Spent $60 on sandwiches and have never been more disappointed. Rude staff, felt like they didn't like my large order. Aren't you in the business of makin sandwiches?I have eaten so many Jimmy johns over the years and they have always been consistent and delicious. But after yesterday I will not take the risk again, especially the one on south 5th. Absolute garbage! Super dry, lacking in flavor and falling apart like a subway sandwich. The prices went up and quality left the building. It was nice knowing you Jimmy John's but it's time to make way for a business that cares about the customer.
Been eating at Jimmy John's for years. Love the sandwiches. There are always fluctuations in how fast they complete orders. It depends on how busy they are, how many staff they have, training new staff, special orders etc.I've used this location numerous times, as I would not do a potentially negative review on only one experience.Bar none, this is the slowest location I have eaten at in Idaho, Utah, Nevada, ETC... take the extra 2 minutes to goto the one on the other side if town... they are stellar.
1st time to Jimmy John's in Pocatello (4th St.). Best sub in Pocatello, good meat & cheese. The perfect sub bread. Fresh crunchy veggies, great manager & employees. Won't go anyplace else from now on!!!
My guy Robert is the bro. My address got mixed up on DoorDash and he happened to be the driver so when I called the store he totally helped make things right. Wish I would have the cash to give you a good tip man. Your work is much appreciated.
So yesterday on 5/25/2022 in the downtown area there was an ambulance so everyone pulled over, except for this delivery driver. As I was pulled over, and many other cars, this delivery driver tried to get past all the other cars, even tailgating me. When everyone when back to normal, he was still tailgating people and trying to speed. Have you delivery driver learn some respect for emergency responders and have him go back to driver school. I'm not sure which location this driver works at but please do something about him. Not asking for him to be terminated, just learn how to drive.
Freaky slow ? And I see people bringing back incorrect sandwhiches, which explains why they are out of turkey. So what are my choices of replacement? Sir.. Your choices are ham.This was the most awkward JJ's ive been to..The ones where I live nail it everytime and are never out of Turkey. Thats crazy.

I had to call to confirm my online order made @ 10:30am today, it was 15 min after requested delivery time. I realize that I May have not picked the ideal delivery time. The girl who answered said they were really busy & short staffed. NOT WHAT YOU SHOULD TELL A CUSTOMER. My order arrived 15 min after phone call. Total late time 1/2 hour. My Beach Club did NOT have avocado spread on it! Oh I did get a FREE cookie for the incovenience. BFD what if I can't have cookies???
Sandwiches are delicious and always correct! Service is friendly and fun! We stop here on our way from SLC to Ashton pretty regularly and they frequently give our dog traveling with us through the drive through bacon and it’s just a super fun stop overall with great food!!
