Usually I have a really good experience at Jamba but today was the opposite of that. The girls working in the store were really nice but the man that was working was rude. I was trying to break a bigger bill and since then he was rude the rest of the experience making it not a good upbeat experience like I usually have there. When giving back the change he threw the bills on the counter and then when he got the rest of my change he threw that on the counter as well. With the drinks I see him giving everyone else their drinks but with mine and my boyfriends he put them on the counter we had to grab our own straws and all. Usually this kind of thing doesn’t bother me but when I go somewhere and the person helping me is kind to everyone else but not me it’s really upsetting. I’m not sure I will be returning to Jamba if he is there working after todays experience.
I don't usually go out of my way to do this but they honestly deserve to have a 6 star review! I'm not the most socially acceptable person apperance wise, due to having lots of tattoos, and I've kinda become use to stores treating me a little different but this morning the employees at Jamba made my day... I was having a rough start to my morning and as soon as I entered there store I felt welcome and honestly valued as a customer and I can't express how refreshing that is!!!! Both the lady's working this morning and even the what I believe is the owner are all absolutely amazing people and amazing at there jobs, I really wish I had gotten the employees names because they really do deserve recognition for there customer service but all I know is they where two girls with blonde hair either way Jamba has never disappointed in brightening my day!! thank you guys ?
Best part of my day most days! Rob has the best customer service I’ve seen in a long time and it is super refreshing to see when customer service doesn’t seem to exist any more. Would recommend every day of the week! Super fast and friendly service! Thank you Rob for the positive mornings.
I will not support this location any longer. The onwer took my order but before i could even talk he was yelling to another customer and said "sir, sir, hey sir! I love your sweat shirt!" And started a conversation with him. He wouldn't take my order until he was done talking to him. I finally finished my order but he wouldn't even say have a good day or anything to me. I definitely dont recommend wasting money or time for this place.
Very friendly and fast staff I'm in 2-3 times a week and always have great service.

As a collegiate athlete I love coming to Jamba Juice after a tough workout. The people there are fantastic. The service is great and the smoothie are great as well.
I've been to Jamba juice in Pocatello before and I loved their juice. This time I went and it tasted so sour and I couldn't taste the strawberry or banana because the sour taste was over powering. My suggestion is taste it before leaving the shop. I called the mgr and she said she would make me a new juice no charge. Didn't really have time to go back yet but I will since I paid for it. A place that wants to make a wrong right is honorable. Will continue to go here. Don't be afraid to speak up if you order drinks or food in places that aren't to your liking....it's your hard earned money after all. Owners don't always know what's going on and depend on their employees to prepare things correctly.
Jamba Juice Pocatello is one of the best places in town! Rob and his staff are so welcoming! Everyone is treated like a friend. The staff is so efficient and the place is always clean, fresh and fun. We love Jamba!
