This location is generally pretty quick with service. The problem is usually at the food not being fresh and hot. It's not that the food is bad just not as fresh and hot as I have had from the other pocatello locations.
Super friendly and helpful staff, the Restaurant and washroom were clean. Food came hot and the portion size was good. Excellent breakfast burrito!
Been a while, but I do like Jack as a nice treat. This place was good. Pretty straightforward. Friendly, prompt, tasty, and clean (when we ran in to use the restroom), but we went through the drive thru to order, so I really don't know and didn't pay attention to everything that would give it 5 stars. We were hungry and it worked well and served its purpose.
Just passing through town, we were impressed by the excellence of customer service. We got exactly what we ordered. Taking our order went smooth and the food was spectacular.
Really love jack In the box but lately at all three of they're locations in pocky I've got some sort of small bone if that's what it is but it's always in the sausage from the breakfast sandwiches i don't know if it's just my luck but it's kinda weird
Decent service and decent food. Could have been quicker and did have to wait because my milkshake was forgotten other wise a good experience.
Need to make the food fresh and not have the burgers sitting in tin Ben's waiting to be served, fresh is the best
Got a square sandwich tie in a chicken sandwich.The manager said they'd comp me a free sandwich, but I definitely don't want to eat here anymore.If you can overlook 1 square inch of plastic in my sandwich, what else are you overlooking?
I dont eat much fast food. Why does what you get never match the picture on the wall. The Buttery Jack with Bacon I received the bottom bun was flattened down to nothing. The top bun wasnt much bettdr. It was greasy and and messy. The onion rings had very little flavor. They could use some seasoning to keep from tasting like cardboard. The 3 stars are for the friendly staff and the place was clean but I wont go back.
I took my kids in the lobby to have lunch a couple weeks ago after a sports event we attended in Pocatello. Walking in the door we were greeted by an employee who held the door open for us and he carried our order out to our table as well. He not just took our order to us but he made sure we had straws, napkins, and sauces. He was very attentive like at a sit down restaurant and even offered to take family pictures of us. They have a great employee because he not only focused on all the customers but also made sure every table was spotless after people left. Sorry I didn't catch his name.
