These guys must screw up orders and refuse food to paying customers frequently. They couldn't add a sauce to my order at the window, why? Because they wouldn't take my money. No alternative methods offered, only attitude and "CHOOSE ONE." Reached out to management, they didn't care. Food upset my stomach too, not going back to the S 4th location ever again.This review is long overdue, they haven't had great food in more than a decade.
My child needed to go potty and we had just gotten done eating. I went to the car to drop off the food and came back in to go to the bathroom. The guy at the counter said the bathroom was for customers only and I said we already ate and she has to pee can he hurry. He then started making fun of me by imitating my hands (that showed I was frantic to get her to the bathroom before she peed herself). I told him that was unacceptable and rude for him to make fun of me and that my daughter needed to pee and could he just unlock the bathroom please. So then he told us we couldn’t use the bathroom there and then told the other employee that was training to not serve people “like that”. I wasn’t upset or anything until he started making fun of me. My child almost peed herself because we had to go somewhere else. Please train your employees on proper etiquete. He had no right to treat me like that and I was not rude to him at all until he started making fun of me. He also told the person that was being trained that people didn’t need to be served when they are upset like that, which I wouldn’t have been upset like that if he hadn’t been making fun of me. Rude employee. Has facial hair, dark hair, kinda chubbier build. Yeah that guy. So we won’t be back. ??♀️
The initial service we received was great. Our order was read back to us accurately and we even tipped our drive thru attendant for their service. The issue came after we got home and realized our order was wrong. We called back to simply remedy the issue, but were met with contempt and seemingly skepticism about our claim. We returned the food with the receipt to confirm it was incorrect and were still treated as though we were the people in the wrong here. This was at night, so the day crew may be better.
My sis likes it, but not me. I always wanted to eat at a Jack in the box, but not anymore. Now I am just talking about the breakfast burrito. I can make one better, but she bought it. Make up your own mind. I haven't eaten a burger.
Fries were cold and soft, burger wasn't on the correct bun nor buttered like it was suppose to be. It took over 10 minutes to get our order.
I haven't had JiB in a while. But they've honestly gotten a lot better. The chicken always seems fresh. I'd say probably the best chicken sandwiches of all fast foods I've had recently.
I love Jack in the box, my boys and me always stop to get something to eat on our way to visit our family ?
Ordered a #7. Was asked what size, said large. Found out the order was for fries and drink only. Asked about it and was told the customers were always wrong on ordering. Very rude and not customer oriented whatsoever. This was the manager. 04/15/2022
Tacos were absolutely nothing to brag about. looked like they had been under a heat lamp for a week or two. Out of salt packets, sourdough Jack was lackluster at best. I've managed fast food, the staff was busy listening to some funky music in the back and talking about plans for Saturday night, which is ok if you've taken care of customers and given them the best food possible. We won't be back.
Went through drive through and had 4 orders (2 burgers , 2 tacos and a teriyaki chicken bowl). Was told that I could not do more than 2 orders through drive thru. Cars in front of me and behind me so I asked what to do. Was told I had to wait and then go in and order. Waited for 5 minutes to get out is the drive through and left. Won’t go back.
