Great customer service !! Good food and drinks !!???
Goodies has never failed me and my dining experience. Even when I was a kid going to ISU.Keep up the good work!!! We will definitely be back.
I believe Goody's serves the best hot subs in town. The Italian sub I ordered was amazing and their garlic cheese sticks best papa John's hands down. I will definitely be visiting Goody's in the near future.
Went in for the first time, told the guy making sandwiches I was going to get a couple pizza bombs as well as sandwichs, and instead of giving the cooks a heads up waited till he made 2 "gaint" sandwichs which I wasn't even happy with those because he put my meatballs on the bread and then my meatball sandwich went in the microwave so my bread was soggy and gross. Your supposed to heat the meat Separate then put it on the bread but what ever, what made the experience terrible was having to wait for literally an hour!!!! 1 Hour!!! For a single cheese pizza bomb, guy said thirty minutes then I read the sign were it say thirty minutes. If dude just put the order in for pizza bombs first it took him ten mins at least for my 2 sandwics I would have only had to wait 20 mins supposedly for my pizza bomb but it took an hour and my sandwichs we're both cold and disgusting, I feel like y'all own me new sandwiches but I digress...
The employees were super friendly and helpful! I tried The Luau baked sandwich with the parmesan bread sticks. Both were amazing!! Everything was hot and fresh!! Thank you for a lovely dining experience!!
Salute , to Tom G ! Like , only the best sandwhich ,mom n pop in town. Good beer in the back .chill , (mostly) educated, sports bar type place with clean air and PIZZA BOMBS! WIN .
Awesome place! Highly recommended!
Best pizza Bombs around! Traveling thru town and we always try to make it a point to stop here for the DELICIOUS Pizza bombs...(basically a larger calzone) comes with Marinara dip sauce and ranch for the breadstick type crust on the bomb. Our Favorite!
This place is pretty awesome. I saw on a sign that they are having live jazz. Being a saxophone player myself, I think that is really cool that they give people that opportunity to come and play jazz. Really cool place!
I really hate to post this because I've been going to Goody's with regularity for almost 9 years. In the past six months to a year, the quality of food and service here has taken a nosedive. I know at some point there was a change in management... I'm not sure if that's the reason or not.I wish it was consistently bad in one way but it's all over the board. Food is overcooked, undercooked, wrong item altogether, missing items, food taking over an hour, dwindling beer selection, even closing early during football games (on several occasions).I've recommended this place many many times over the years, including during my time working at a hotel front desk. Sadly, I don't recommend it anymore. I've kept trying even after many poor experiences and probably still will in the hopes that things will improve and I can edit this review soon.
