Very good food. I would definitely recommend this place.
We went on a Tuesday because of an ad we had seen in the paper for all you could eat tacos or enchiladas. The way it was described is the initial order comes out with three tacos or enchiladas of your choice and then each additional order comes out with a single one. Choices were beef or chicken, I ordered the chicken and it was delicious.When the server was describing how the offer worked I thought to myself it's pretty cheap to only bring out one additional enchilada at a time. By the time I was finished with the initial order of three I can only eat half of the additional one that I had ordered.Just as the Garcia's in Idaho falls, the food here is excellent and the staff is truly incredible and friendly. As an extra side treat for going on a Tuesday we found out that our sodas were no charge. So that made it incredibly nice and we just left the extra that we would have paid for a soda as a tip for the server.So out of all of the Mexican restaurants in Pocatello, Garcia's is by far my favorite.
Although it is a regional chain, the food we got was definitely better than some of the locally owned establishments. Food was salted decently, but the Chile was a bit soggy. Portion sizes were very generous!

Excellent service and great authentic Mexican Food
Waitperson was nice and friendly. The food was so so. It was really bland and tacos were really over cooked. Stay under light to long maybe. Textures were good just needs some spices and seasonings. Decent prices and amount of food. Took most of the food home to feed hungry teen. He loved it. We are new to the area and will continue our search for our new favorite Mexican place.

First impressions were great. Clean and well decorated. Unfortunately the food was terrible and expensive. Ordered street tacos and the grande burrito. Bland at best. Rice and bean portions seemed small for the price point. Service was ok. Chips and salsa were good.
We ordered the espinaca con queso. It was super delicious, and a little spicy.The shrimp and steak, come with potato wedges that have jalapeno butter melted on them. The steak it's self is placed on sauteed peppers and onions.The shrimp is probably one of the best I've had at a restaurant. I highly suggest getting some.The apples flautas, is served with ice cream and Carmel syrup and marcchino cherries. It's like apple pie.My favorite drink there is the peach lemonade, but the best thing of all, was the amazing service there. Everyone wanted to take care of you and the food came very quickly. Overall the atmosphere was awesome, and I can't wait to go again.
