Won’t allow to go orders? I have Covid for the first time and can’t come into the restaurant so I decided to call in a To go order for my favorite weekend breakfast. They refused to do it because they “prioritize the customers who come in to sit down” very disappointed in the way they handled that conversation and this situation
I'm not sure the servers name but she was Amazing. Now to start of with our visit there we saw one of the workers looking out the window when we pulled in and started walking towards the building throw his hands in the air irritated that we were coming there it was an hour and a half before close. We were stared down by all the kitchen staff through there window area as we were being seated (uncomfortable). Now as for the food it was over cooked and absolutely awful. Almost seemed on purpose because we were there an hour an a half before close which shouldn't have mattered. On top of the fact that they totaly got one of our orders wrong and had to redo it. On top of all this we were not even offered a discount on our meals due to how awful and poorly it was cooked. I used to love coming to elmers but this was the most awful experience ever. Your cooks definitly need to do better.
I ate here for the 1st time today.. this was a fantastic meal.. we tried the cinnamon roll pancakes as an appetizer and dang nothing tasted as good following them. Absolutely wonderful.. there were 4 of us and not one of us had any complaints.. our service was the best I have had in a long time. The wait was long but understandable for a Sunday morning. Thank you Elmer's
Absolutely Excellent! ?It's Easter Sunday, and I'm visiting from out of town: The service was excellent! Our waitress, Bella, was kind, informed, and attentive. The host and hostess were also cheerful. And my Oregon Trail Steak and Eggs breakfast was beyond satisfying.Thank you again! ?
the only reason for 4 stars is the decor, it desperately needs updated. otherwise, this is one of the best American diners in this area. good food, decent prices and a busy atmosphere. the German pancakes are incredible, everything else is exactly the way you want it. I go a few times a year, every time I'm glad I did.
German pancakes were delicious; not too sweet, nor too thick; topped with lingonberry syrup- mmmmm!
The stuffed hash browns were great! Not hash browns from a bag, homemade! The stuffed potato cakes were yummy according to my wife. I had the marionberry syrup on the pancakes was fantastic! Service was great! Definitely a do again restaurant.
From the welcome at the door to the staff good byes, our experience was great. The friendliest staff had us feeling like regulars even though it was our first time there. We will DEFINITELY make Elmer's a regular stop whether it's for breakfast, lunch or supper on every trip on the I-15. My eggs benny w/THICK Canadian Bacon was complimented with the freshest and tastiest fruit. John's Chicken fried steak was excellent. It was the perfect end to our long day of travel.
Amazing food and wonderful staff. The owner is just as busy and involved with the customers as the great staff. He leads by example and is very courteous. His kitchen manager is amazing and leads the team and you can really tell everyone loves their work. The food is absolutely amazing and the environment is so positive and friendly.
I came into town for a visit. I ordered the stuffed hash browns. It was really tasty. I'm very impressed with the gravy. The service was good. Worth checking out.
