Delicious ice cream expertly mixed with what ever topping, it now offers Shakes that creamy and just as good as the ice cream itself.
We got there early on a Saturday and the employee was ready to help us. I'm vegan and the Silk almond milk chocolate flavor was very good (especially with strawberries mixed in).
Ive been in line for 30 minutes with only 7 people who've been ahead of me. Poor girl working here is the only one scrambling like a chicken with her head cut off. Maybe hire more help??
Maybe you should train your employees that when it’s time to work, it means actually work, not stand there and talk about previous customers and stuff that happened the day before. Those girls are ridiculous and do not care about your customer service.
Always dirty, wayyyy over portioned (which some people might enjoy), and customer service is not great.The service I've experienced is that the employees have an additude of they would much rather be doing anything else. At least that's how I saw it.
Took my husband for his first time after some good news and we were completely ignored. We stood there for 10 mins before someone acknowledged us. Sadly it wont be a regular stop until they improve customer service. I did enjoy they had a dairy free option as I'm lactose intolerant
Good ice cream, terrible service. If you are going to hire a bunch of high school kids then you need to take the time to teach them work ethic. Gossiping about boys, screwing around, standing in the dish pit playing on their phones all while the store is BUSY and DIRTY. Every time I’ve been here I always have to wait 30-55 minutes. Doesn’t matter if they are busy or slow. Do better.
Unfortunately service was not good. Went on a Saturday night for an after dinner treat. The line was to the door and the 4 employees were asking everyone what they ordered multiple times. They were prioritizing chatting with each other and while standing in line they went to the back to change the music 3 times instead of helping customers. The tongs to add the mix ins were stored on top of a dirty glass surface and when I asked for different tongs since the surface wasn’t sanitary they did wash a pair but were making jokes about my request with the other employees and then instantly put the tongs back on the dirty surface. There were visible crumbs of food on this surface.The ice cream was great. Delicious as usual but I was shocked at the service.
I don't go here very often because it's a hit to the pocketbook, but it is really good. We've started getting all our birthday cakes here, because an ice cream cake is sooo much better than some generic sheet cake with garbage generic frosting.
What can you say...it's SOOOOO good! The young lady that works there is so nice and does a great job. My only problem...trying to stay away lol
