Had to repeat my order three times. Was a little frustrating. However food was fresh, fast,and tasted great.
The bumbling service is literally so comical it's hard to even be mad at. Like some kind of worn out Monty Python bit. I felt like they were trolling me on my last visit and I'm not exaggerating in the slightest when I say the food has never even been warm. I feel used, dirty and worst of all I just ate Burger King.
I really like burger king and the food was good and nicely made lady at window was friendly but this poor branch is really understaffed so it took alot longer to get thru than it probably should have will go again just making sure there's not a time issue
No one that works there seems to care. The fries are almost always refried and brown, nasty tasting. Burgers are sloppy. The inside is a mess, bathrooms are gnarly gross.
Tried to order some food, but shake machine is down , and they cant make burgers they said...???? So whats the point of even being open?
Absolutely love the staff here. I usually ho through the drive through and am always treated good by whoever is at the window. Even when its busy af and they're understaffed, they seem frustrated but never ever take it out on customers. You guys are awesome!!!
Not worth the visit. Cold stale fries, and the wait is ridiculous. Below standard food
We ordered there whopper melt 2 of them. They were not toasted and so soggy they were gross. The chicken fries were over cooked and coldI ask for fry sauce "it's in the bad". No sauce.
The food was good. The Impossible Burger impressed me, but the fact that we were asked to pull to the front of the store and wait for over 20 minutes was ridiculous. Please note that the employees were friendly throughout, but the service was really slow with no explanation. If I hadn't have already paid before being asked to move and wait, I may have gone somewhere else. Just honesty here. Not a bad place though.
Horrible service. Took 30 minutes for them to even get my order. Took my brother who was right behind me another 30. They don't focus on service they constantly have side conversations with other customers.
