Honestly their coffee and atmosphere is good good and chill. Not super busy most of the time it seems so probably a good place to study or work if you buy something every hour or so. It's clean too! Caramel cielo is good and so is their cream soda.
I have been too many Beans and Brews from California here to Idaho but this one is one of my favorites they have quick friendly service they even had a little cup of a whipped treat for my pet. I had a blended caramel cello so good I love the whipped cream and the drizzled caramel on top. The lid on the cup super unique makes it easy to not spill on the go. The staff is so nice here too. They genuinely care about their customers. I will be back here again and again because they never disappoint.
The coffee was good however, the customer service is lacking. I wanted to order a bacon, egg, and cheese croissant, but they were out of bacon. I asked for a sausage and cheese sandwich on a croissant and they said I could only have it on a bagel. No substitutions. So I didn’t order the sandwich. There was no offer of an alternative, just attitude. I will not be back.
I'm from out of town and this shop happens to be close to where I'm visiting. I must say, this has to be one of the most absolute perfect lattes I've ever had. Chefs kiss for sure. It's very cute inside and you just can't beat their vanilla Oatmilk latte.
I went here just a little while ago with my cousin. Her coffee was watered down and all in all not very pleasant to drink. She ordered the B&B cookie monster and they said that they didn't even have the crumbled cookie! I had gotten an iced mocha and it wasn't the best drink ever. It had more flavor than my cousins , but just didn't taste great. I think the shop is cute and a adorable study/hangout place, but they need to work on their drinks. I will definitely come though!
I go here almost every week before I go to school. I really love their iced Carmel cielo! The staff is always very nice even if they are busy. Really cozy and nice place!
So trying to get a bite and drink for my mother in law who is moving here from out of state. We placed our order, paid cash and they went about making our order. As we were waiting my husband noticed the sign that reads something along the lines of...if we fail to give you your receipt then the next drink is on us. The girl comes back with our food and then my husband says "is that everything?" Girl says yes and then my husband says "we'll i noticed your sign and I'm wondering how I get my free drink? I never got my receipt" the girl said I don't know... I don't even know where your receipt is... she leaves and a girl with glasses,freckles, and curley brown hair came to the window. She was so rude I was in shock, (I mean it's one drink) she said we failed to drive away first... after asking how we would verify we bought anything... she said "I don't know"At one point she said we were asked if we wanted our receipt... hinted that we were the liars. It was just ridiculous... I told my husband it wasn't worth it so we drove off. Honestly it was probably the worst service I've ever had in pocatello and I've lived here 33 years... it was embarrassing and just plain ignorant., unnecessary... I literally just said "wow... are you serious right now?" She smiled and said have a nice day... This place has really gone down hill if this is the standard of service and human interaction.
This was a nice coffee shop and friendly. When I'm in the area again I will stop by.

Just went today wind usually has amazing customer service. But the two gals there working didn’t hear me come in and were no where to be found. They were in the back on their phones after I peaked over. After they made my drinks and I went to the restroom, they just left my drinks on the counter and were no where to be found again. I usually look forward to social interaction. Not very welcoming.
