Does anyone know their real hours. We have looked online and seen what the hours are. We drive all the way across town to find out they are closed hours after they was supposed to open.
Floats and ice creams are good, but I wish they served sandwiches and fries later.
Awesome food, as always! Also, they now have the frozen glass mugs again! I have missed them since the Covid pandemic started.
lobby is never open despite doors being unlocked. manager or workers are very rude when you simply walk inside.
I absolutely love this place, and I love the root beer. However, their is this one girl, who is so rude to me for no reason. They usually sell the half gallons of root beer, and since Covid, they haven’t been getting them. Well, I ended up getting Glass half gallons in Blackfoot. So, one day I asked if I would be able to fill them, and I was told yes. I was like okay cool. Before I even brought them in to fill them, I asked 3 more times. Everyone said yes. I wanted to make sure it was really okay before I brought them in. So, I brought mine in and guess what. I got them filled. So then, I brought them in again, and this girl told me NO, they’re no allowed due to Covid. I told her, I had just brought them in last week, and that it was okay’d by the store manager(I was told that Reed said it was okay) And she flat out refused, and was just soooo rude. I was like whatever. And left, and came back again and asked again, and explained what happened, and they were like yeah, you’re able to fill Idky she wouldn’t let you. I was like cool. Went about my day. Maybe not everyone knows that’s this is a thing now. So I came in on Tuesday or Wednesday and filled it again, and that same girl. Was there, but a new kid was the cashier, so he didn’t know what to do, or how to charge me. So, the girl was like idk were not even suppose to be filling these, as she slammed my bottle on the soda machine. For one, idk what her issue is with filling the soda, it’s extra money for the company, it’s not like it affecting her personally. It’s not my problem if she doesn’t want to go and ask if this is now allowed. So I told the new guy, that I’ve been getting charged the $6.99. And then some lady came over to help him. I come to this store almost 3x a week, and I just don’t like being treated this way. And absolutely appreciate that you’re allowing us to bring our own bottles to be filled. No one else has had this reaction, and if they didn’t know, they went and asked, and they’ve been told yes, and they’ve filled it. Except this girl. She is just not a nice person, and no customer service skills. I get dirty looks, and an attitude. All because I’m filling a bottle of root beer.

Food was alright but the service was very disappointing. Very inattentive. . Poor and disappointing people. . The one in the back was banging pans around and was very loud. Totally unprofessional. I will never return.
Good ole classic American diabeetus. 5 stars because when I ordered a burger with bacon in it, it was literally stuffed with bacon, and usually when I order from other fast-food places they only put 1 or 2 tiny little slices of bacon where it isn't even worth the extra money. This is my favorite food restaurant
All complaints get a computer generated generic sorry we enjoy your feed back. Basicly ignoring you and your and others complaints lol. They dont care much and why would they? When you pay minimum wage all you can get is pot heads amd none care lol. Pay these people a real wage
They were out of ranch, fry sauce, cheese curds, drink carriers, and spoons for the ice cream. Tried to short us a drink. Never got the fries that were supposed to go with our meals. Most disappointing food experience I've had in a long while.
