in all honesty I've gone here twice food is good, but waiting a hr. or two just for food because they cant hire more people is stupid. with lack on people working I've always had my order wrong, they give me the wrong wings or forget some wings or the sides. I've never gotten my order right at this wing stop.
The food is tasty when it’s hot and fresh. Currently, they seem to be short staffed and maybe stretched thin but their attention to order details needs a lot of work. My order accuracy lately is questionable and it takes so long to get your food. Guaranteed to be ready 20-30 minutes PAST their recommended time for pickup.

I was there this morning and a worker name “Pablo” was there Even tho he was the only one there and multiple people waiting for their orders. And he still managed to do everything right and my order was perfect, this shows how hard worker he is.!!
I think it was the manager, but whoever worked when I came in was SO helpful and patient. I had never been to this place and he walked me through flavors and recommendations. Super kind and even let me sample a few things. Definitely would recommend!
I enjoy getting wings from here when doing a game night with the family or I'll get them plain with a side of Ranch and the OG hot to mix for a spicy ranch. The store has definitely improved under the new management. The employees are way happier and it shows as they are producing a higher quality product. Keep up the good work.
I ordered online it said order would be ready in 15 min when I got there 15 min later she told me my order would b ready in 6 min needless to say an hour later she finally gave me my togo order. I had ordered garlic Parmesan wings and I got dry Parmesan wings missing the garlic part she did comp the order for taking so long but then to get home and have only part of the flavor I ordered and my fries weren't seasoned at all not so much as even salted worse experience ever. I love wing stop wings but today's experience was worst wings I ever had. Truly sad dinner tonight.
Get food and great service. New staff Jill and the cook ( sorry can’t remember your name bro ) had great customer service and served us great food ???
We ordered ahead of time online for our food to be ready at 5 pm.. they forgot to make it and we waited for 40 minutes in store. BUT despite that, the clerk was honest with us and we’d never been there before. They have the best classic wings we have ever had. By far the best wings in town.
Love their wings my family and I cant get enough of them. The flavors are sensational best wings I've ever had buffalo wild wings who forget them. If you haven't tried their wings I really recommend them.
