I'd probably skip this Wendy's if there was something else in the area. My husband's hamburger was lukewarm as if it had been sitting around. I ordered my chicken sandwich separately from his and I stood near the counter area waiting for my name to be called or for my name to be changed from In Progress to Ready. Never did. After 7 minutes, I asked the girl if that was my food sitting there in front of her and she said, "oh yeah. It is." So after sitting there on the counter for all that time, it was barely warm. Won't be back. Workers are all 16 or 17 years old with no basic customer service skills.
Their fries that stay hot longer? Still served cold and greasy in the dining room. How long do they let those sit there now? Burgers? Way overcooked. As much as I like Wendy's in general, Nampa locations are pretty terrible.
First Wendy’s in USA. I like the patty with beefy flavor. Good hamburger with reasonable price
completely messed up my drive through order. my burger is missing a patty and has sauces on it that were not even meant to be on it! it's one big frickin mess that I can barely eat and had to melt my own cheese. consider yourself lucky its late enough your lobby is closed or I'd be back to complain in person too! garbage
Ordered a bacon double stack and received NO bacon. Ordered a sour cream and chive potato and received NO sour cream. Cmon, is it that difficult really??
Where to begin... the place was not busy we were the only car in the drive thru. We placed a $70 dollar order, so it was large, but again they weren't busy. The guy that took our order would sigh audibly through the headset after each item I ordered and sounded quite angry. Then when we pulled up to the window and paid, we saw and heard a female manager complain about having to fry more fries, to which the guy at the window sighed loudly and declared, "just do what you can..." then, in spite of the drive being empty were asked tu pull forward were we waited for 20 minutes only to get cold burgers and soggy fries. My wife's burger was so cold and dried out, we feared it was very old. She tried to microwave it, but it made our kitchen smell like a foot. She didn't eat it. They don't know the difference between ranch and BBQ sauce either. I don't recommend this place to anyone and even though it was a big order, I did pay a lot of money for bad service and bad food. I hope they read this and realize that handing out cold food can get people seriously sick. Not ok at all, zero stars.
Lazy staff, awful management and horrible customer service is just a fraction of what you can call this place. Every time I attempted to get food they say they’re closed (when they’re not) or they completely mess up the meal. They forgot my sauces 2 times and the last time i actually got food they forgot my bacon burger and one of the large fries. My boyfriend called and asked (from down the road in a parking lot) if he could come back for the rest of his order he was super polite and respectful and the worker said they were closed. This was at 10:15 after he had gotten off of work, on google and on there front door it’s says they close at 11. I have been able to get food from the wendy’s on 12th at 10:45 15 minutes before closing. DONT waste you’re time here go to the 12th Avenue.
Normally I have had good experiences at this location until tonight. I ordered the 4 for 4 with spicy nuggets and honey mustard. I recieved no sauce and regular nuggets. On top of that everything was cold and fries were soggy. I am probably wasting my time with this review as Wendy's probably wont do Jack to make it up but hopefully it will pass the word to others that this location has gone severely downhill.
Cant believe I haven’t tried Wendys breakfast! The best fast food breakfast I’ve had. I have to admit it is amazing. I had the maple chicken croissant, it was amazing. Customer service is also very on point here, very friendly staff and fast at work. Keep up the good work guys.
Jeremy the "manager" was not helpful with the app, instead of taking care of the customers, he told us he did not have time to help, and when I commented that is not good service he told me I could leave.. so I did and while I was sitting in the parking lot looking up other places to eat lunch, he sent his wife out to yell and cuss at my wife, calling her really bad names with very strong profanity, in front of my kids. If this is what the Wendy's corporate think is acceptable behavior from a manger then I will have to rethink every eating their again.
