Unfortunately the man at the front wasn't wanting to take orders instead he was standing there drinking his Dutch Bros drink and told us to use the touch screen to order. We started and were having a number of issues with the touch screen not working (yes, we know how they work lol). He looked at the screen and said "it'll work eventually" but still wouldn't take our order after we asked. Unfortunately 10 minutes later the order wasn't complete and the screen froze and there was a line so we had to make the choice to leave with 3 really hungry and go to a different Wendy's. Super bummed!
Worst Wendys I’ve ever been to. Felt it might not be great driving in and it being very quiet. They messed up my order, didn’t give me what I ordered. Fries were old and gross. They didn’t have change when paying with cash and they couldn’t print the recipient properly… please work on this if you’d like people to want to go to your restaurant.
If I had a nickel for every time I went to Wendy's...well I'd have a lot of nickels. Why? Cuz they're good, they're not ridiculously expensive and the kids love the food.
Employees on their phones. When we asked for a water cup because we couldn’t order it on the kiosk you’re forced to use we were told we’d have to pay for it. If I have to pay for it why isn’t it on the ordering machine you have to use? There’s no options for person to person ordering and no option for touchless ordering.No seating. No chocolate frosties. Wendy has disappointed me once again.
Got myself the $4 meal even though I'm like 300 pounds it was really good. The Wendy's on Garrity is really good and the service is crazy fast.
2nd time I ordered and paid for a double and get a single! Why that's all I want to know.I'm suggesting the workers get minimum wage until they EARN a better wage! Y'all are robbing your customers.I'm thinking the extra drive to Jack in the box is worth it.
The Wendy’s on Garrett Blvd in Nampa is the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever visited. On numerous visits they were out of chili, the hamburgers were cold and on my last visit their website said they were open until 10:30pm but upon arrival at 9:45 pm they were already closed. The person at the window just waved at me on my way by! I will not be patronizing this one again!
Paying, to put your own order in??? Refused to take my order. Might as well make my own food, too! Lazy, entitled, younger shift abouts! Permanent ban on my Company eating our lunch there! Yall just lost regular, weekly business, for years!
Stopped in around 8PM or so to feed my family of five. They ended up not having half of what we wanted. Even getting the food and immediately parking and eating it, it was luke warm. Quality could have been better.
I got up to the order menu and saw that it was canceled for the... two for six dollars...Not happy about that...
