Prices are WAY too high. I haven’t personally had bad customer service but it is a little obscure. Maybe some signs at the road would help. Love the smoothies though and the food is really good!
So disappointing. Stopped in with Husband to grab a couple smoothies. There was one person in front of us paying for their order. We were not greeted. Stood there for about 5 min while 3-4 employees walked past us back and fourth at the counter. Not a hello, welcome or a word said to us. They just looked at us and would walk by. They seemed to be annoyed we were in the store. Drive through was all they were paying attention to. They were chatting among themselves. It was so bad and we felt very unwelcomed so we walked out. I am huge into customer service and normally do not write reviews like this. I would be embarrassed if this is how my employees performed.
Love the gals at the Nampa location, always upbeat and smiling. There is sometimes a longer wait but well worth it as there are not many options for healthy food around here. Tropical smoothie has helped me stick to a healthy eating plan. Thank you!!
Clean and service was good. Supergreen Caesar wrap is the best. I get the detox island green, it's not super sweet and I love it.
The food is really good but the girls have no customer service whatsoever, they don’t greet you and they take forever to get the food out. You’ll be waiting at the counter to pick up or order food and they literally ignore you. They aren’t organized at all and rude
The smoothies were great, but wife and I were headed out of town stopped quick to grab a smoothie and a quick sandwich and a hour later we got our food and we were the only two in the restaurant!! We watched 20 vehicles come in and out of the drive thru and when I asked if our sandwiches were almost done or what the lady said yes almost then comes back and asked what we ordered so no they were not almost done you didn’t even attempt to make them. Won’t be back
This location is very hit or miss. Half the time my order isn’t correct. If I’m paying for extra items I should get them. The quality lately has been horrible. Wrap was crusty, overfilled of lettuce and barely any chicken even tho I paid for extra.
Store closed 15 min early. Guess they don’t like money ?♂️
We absolutely love your food and smoothies and visit often, BUT what really makes us incredibly uncomfortable is being asked to add a tip at every location.1 - this makes me feel awkward and required to add a tip, at a fast food restaurant2 - this makes me feel like they clearly don’t make enough from their hourly rate so they are required to ask.Please consider changing you POS system to hand to customers if you want them to give your employees tips OR increase their wage so they don’t have to make your customers feel uncomfortable.
Awesome place with lots of tasty healthy food Options and smoothies. I crave their apple kale slaw regularly. Love that there's a Nampa location close to my house. My favorite go to "fast" food on a diet ? ?
