By far the BEST COFFEE I'VE HAD to this day!!! Amazing taste with just the right sweet and bitterness to it. I like their sizes as well. Good customer service and attitude from the workers there. I AM IN LOVE!!
I am in love with the Java chip smoothie with no coffee in it. It's like a choc. chip milk shake without the ice cream. So good!

I love their pickle Rick and coconut mocha. I've found a few more drinks I like not on the menu as well. Stop in for a friendly face and a well priced drink
Today I asked if they still made Caramel Mocha Granitas, and she said, "yes". The last time I was there I got one and it didn't have any caramel in it, so I thought I would try it again today. As I drove away and got back into traffic, I picked up my drink and started looking at it and there's no caramel in it..... again! Also, it was far from being a frozen drink.If your business is called "The Human Bean", you shouldn't have to asked for the bean. Don't give out paper straws unless customers request one (they go limp before you can finish the drink).I think I will just give up on this Nampa location and get my coffee in Caldwell from now on.UPDATE- I contacted the company and they gave me a free 20oz. Caramel Mocha Granita. I picked it up at the Caldwell location and it was perfect.Thanks
The baristas at this location are the friendliest! I love being greeted by name, a little friendly chit chat and smiling face when I stop by.
Waiting is twice as long as fast food. One lane on each side does not make it any faster. Not sure how you solve a 17min wait to order with only four cars in front of you? Imagine six or eight cars.Update: Its nice when owners and managers read these reviews and respond. Better yet try and make it right. Thank you.
We went for coffee for our office. We ordered 6 drinks and 2 of them were not correct and we waited 20 mins for our drinks to be made. We watched 7 cars go through the other window. I am not sure what is going on today but this isn't the first time our drinks were not made as we requested. We don't have time to give them back or complain on the spot because we've already sat there for 25 mins by the time we ordered received our drinks.
Coming from several years working in coffee I first noticed the workers in the shop are unaware of their role and took forever to complete my order. I had 3 different people help me. They forgot my whip cream, forgot my banana bread and gave me the incorrect pastry. The other location in Caldwell is much more efficient so I know it’s not a company wide thing. There was also only 1 car at each window and 4 girls working. I’ll continue going to the other location for now. 3 star because the coffee itself was delicious.
